Story sounds like it's very similar to Okami and Zelda TP... but gameplay does look really good. Love those graphics too.

This game is ok at best. Nothing but one on one combat for the entire game. Pretty stupid departure from the rest of the series.

stop the console war. ps3 fanboys dont want to see ps3s defects. 360 and wiis fanboys are the same. is human nature to defend their beliefs violently, to make war even for the most stupid thing.

the guy's joking in the game. it's supposed to be laughed at. this game's shallow and pisses me off. it's alright, fun sometimes, but i'm sick of games like this. it's like every 360 game has to be shallow. what happened to games like final fantasy vii and xenogears and all of the playstation greats? every 360 game is either all about multiplayer or all about action. what happened to good storytelling and epic long lasting battles? this generation sucks for really good, deep games.

Chris, sorry man but this review SUCKED!! You wanna know why this game is an open world game? Easy.
I know why. Its filler. They had a shallow half ass written story and filled it in with long platforming sequences to force longevity. THATS BULL****!!!!!!! You give 5 stars to a game that has--

1. Lame Story. Total knockoff of Zelda TP
2. The graphics aren't bad but the game looks pretty much the same in EVERY LEVEL!
3. Lame Platforming
4. YOU CAN'T DIE IN THIS GAME!! Wheres the challenge in that?! And every time you do fall you have to see the "hand grab" cinematic. If she can do that why the FUCK do I have to do anything at all?? Just teleport me there! The sands of time where great cause you actually had some sorta of involvement in the game besides sitting there watching these two hold hands. Plus it was always cool to fall 5 stories and go "splat" then just rewind it. Plus there was this tension of doing everything right when you ran out of sand. I loved that!

The old Prince games had more substance. There were beautiful castles and great platforming in all of them. War going on all around you. A good conflict between the Prince and that... I forgot what they call them... I'll just call him Jafar cause that is what he reminded me of. The sequels story wise sucked but at least they were doing more innovative things than this piece of shit Zelda ripoff. Oh, and all the jumping sequeces that you loved so much were done by just pressing A. How is that fun??? But I do give props to the combat. Its not good but at least your not just pressing A all the time.

I'd like to personally thank Ubisoft for ruining one of my favorite franchises in gaming. Wasting $60 of my money and Gamepro for saying that this is actually a good game. And you call yourselves professionals?? How much did Ubi pay you to say this POS game was actually good?
