True that... is is the best IMO. I don't spend drebin points on weapons, I scrounge defeated enemies and pay to unlock them. Many expensive weapon mods can be found in hidden areas like scope mounts, etc. Also did you know you can take items from militia without being identified as an enemy? You can roll into them and knock them down, then you can search them. It is like getting a ton of free items and bullets without being recognized as a bad guy.
