Burnout Revenge - PS2

A Brilliant Racing Game. One of the top 5 games of 2005.

Yes I am aware I haven't written a user review in a while, but I thought that this game was more than worthy to have a written review. Burnout: Revenge takes Burnout: Takedown by the throat and squeezes the life out of it. Not only is the game a lot more challenging, but the race tracks are 100 times better than 3. With added shortcuts and a hell of a lot more jumps (Which is the two things I think takedown lacked in racing and made the races really boring). Crashes are still great, with the icons taken out makes it more challenging and a lot more fun. A new event has been added, traffic takedown, you have to ram as many cars as you can (only with the traffic you're going with, semi's and buses will make you crash along with on comng traffic) and get the amount of money in damage that they set for you. The eliminator is a lot better now, every 30 seconds the last place car is eliminated, other than finishing a whole lap, which makes it go by a lot faster, cause you don't have to go around the same track 6 times if you're trying for the gold, that got annoying. If you're looking for a challenging yet a very very entertaining racing game, Burnout: Revenge has it all. Probably the 3rd best racing game I've ever played.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - PS2

It's all been said before about GTA. It kicks ass, it always will kick ass, and it's one of the best of the year All you halo 2 fans.....You Just Got OWNED by GTA. once again.

The Sims 2 - PC

Same old Sims? Absolutely not

I never really was a huge fan of the sims games. but the sims 2 has revolutionized how the sims works. New careers, new outfits, and new furniture. Likes about the sims 2: You can create either a baby, a teenager, middle aged adult, or an elder. and as time goes on they get older and can die from old age, and there apperance can change if you don't take care of them. Kids actually have days off from school (there are actually days of the week) adults can have days off from work, and the teenagers can also have a job. There are goals you have to complete for your sims to get better at stuff. they have to do certain tasks before they can get a point in another activity. One more thing. you can have a basement. Dislikes: Building a house has not improved, it still is very time consuming and just a pain in the ass to do. Controlling your sims hasn't changed, if they get to tired they just fall on the floor and fall asleep there, and it's kinda irritating. It's still just the basic sims, build a house, create a family and try your best to keep your sims happy. And i wish they actually talked and used real words, insted of mumbling random crap. It gets really annoying. Overall...I think the Sims 2 will keep the normal sims fan happy for hours on end. and it's still one of the easiest ways to kill time.

Tony Hawk's Underground 2 - GameCube

Tony Hawk has out done itself once again. Two Big Thumbs Up

When i first heard that they were gonna make a sequel to the greatest game of 2003 (thug) I was so excited. When i first played the 1st thug I was blown away by how awesome it was. Then I heard about the sequel for 2004 and I was even more excited. Thug 2 takes the tony hawk series to a whole new level. More levels, more goals, more characters (both secret and pros), more created features such as: create your own Grafitti, create your own slap sticker, and all your favorites are back, create your own goal, create your own trick, create your own park and character. And for those of you who love old school tony hawk, classic mode is back. Yep it's true. all your favorite old school goals are back. Collect skate, collect combo, find the secret tape, sick score, high score, etc...As far as story mode goes. It's bam's team VS Tony's team in a World Destruction Tour. Traveling around the world to see who can get the most points by doing the most insane goals. there are 4 different sets of goals, You have 8 of your own goals, A pro has 8 of his own goals, A guest character has 4 of his own goals, and a secret character has 4 of his own goals. THUG 2 delivers what it promises, with more insane stuff to do the Tony Hawk Series is just getting started. With out a doubt, One of the best games for 2004. Definately worth 50 bucks.

Def Jam Fight For NY - PS2

Good Stuff

The multiplayer for this game is a lot of fun. The story mode is way better then the first one. The only thing i don't like about this game is the controls, if they would have kept the original controls from the first one it would have been awesome. but they had to go and mess up the controls. But i still say this game over powers the first one. A lot more arenas, weapons, blood, create a character, the crowd can get involved in the fighting. I think that's hilarious, my friends get really pissed about that. But if you liked the first one. you'll love the 2nd one.
