Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb - PC

Indiana Jones and the Emperor's TOmb PC Review

"If adventure has a name, it must be Indiana Jones" is all too true in this wondrous installment of the Indiana Jones franchise. In this Indy adventure our hero is after the "Heart of the Dragon" a pearl that possesses great power and it's location is the first Emperor of China,Qin Shi Huangd tomb. And an evil Chinese Man, tricks you into finding it for him, and his assistant Mei Ying occasionally helps you in your quest. And once again Nazis are also against you. Under command of Albercht Von Beck, you must fight them along with some Chinese gangsters. You can also optionally collect other minor artifacts in the levels, and if you collect them all and beat the game, you unlock a gallery. Some of the bad guys you fight are very fictional as in ghosts, spirits, and stone statues of warriors who are possessed by a spirit. You also come across "Ivory Hunters" in the 1st out of 10 Chapters, and they also work for Von Beck. The weapons you use include your trusty whip, revolver, and of course, your fists (and occasionally legs), MP-40 (sweet!), Shotgun, Machete, Turkish Sword, Chinese Spear, Sword (Chinese, too), Mauser, Luger, Grenade (don't blow yourself up!), bottles, chairs, etc., and the Pa Cheng, a magical boomerang and melee weapon you acquire in the last few Chapters of the game. The locations of where you go vary, from Ceylon, Prague, and Istanbul, to Hong Kong, The Peng LAi Mountains and Lagoon, to the Emperor's Tomb itself. But beware, many traps and dangers are plentiful! (One wee problem, the swimming controls) Other than that, this game is amazing!

Medal of Honor: Heroes - PSP

Medal of Honor Heroes PSP Review

Medal of Honor + Portability + 32 player multiplayer= One heckuva good game. Play as the returning Medal of Honor Heroes, William Holt, John Baker, and Jimmy Patterson. The Medal of Honor series has gone portable on the PSP. Fortunately, I have a PSP to play this mazing game. In fact, when I got my PSP last Christmas, the game I got with it was Medal of Honor Heroes. I played almost straight through the first day, which was kind of bad because the Campaign is sort of short, but thankfully there is a 32 player multiplayer option. Though there is much hacking on the multiplayer, there is yet another mode, Skirmish where you face of against up to 16 bots. Though not too difficult, Skirmish is a good way to practice your combat skills. Heroes' graphics are also a wonder, especially for the PSP. The control is amazing, so easy to master. Altogether, Heroes is a great game, so If you haven't already picke dit up, do it now. GRAPHICS: 4.5 SOUND: 4.5 CONTROL: 5.0 FUN FACTOR: 5.0

NBA 06 - PSP

NBA 06 PSP Review

The combined fun of basketball, electronics, and portability. Play as any team in Exhibition Mode, go to Practice Mode to shoot some hoops and practice free throws, play Dodgeball with Nba teams, which is oddly not as fun as it sounds, collect trading cards of your favorite players. The graphics are pretty good, the shoooting is a little too easy for example, Chauncey Billups scored almost every three he had, and it is unrealistic how high the score gets in an NbA game's standard time (48 minutes, 12 minutes each quarter). My score reached 232 and Chauncey Billups had 97 points before he fouled out! Steve Nash made 60 in 16 minutes, and so on. All in all, the game is great though!

The Simpsons Road Rage - Xbox

The Simpsons Road Rage for Xbox Review

If the shows are not enough for you, here's an awesome Simpsons video game. Pick your favorite characters from the show, use their cars to race passengers to their destinations before time runs out so the new mr. Burns bus program won't make money. There are also missions to play and of course a 2 player multiplayer mode. Basically, you can run over almost everything and everyone. The only problem about the game is that you get a repetitive feeling when playing after a while.

Need for Speed Carbon - Xbox 360

Need For Speed Carbon for 360

This game is a bit overrated. But the graphics are great, but I miss crashing cars in burnout games. Nuff said.
