Winner of Game Of Th Year for 2006, what more do you need to know?
Ahhh, Gears of War, how you tantalized us with your sexy, sexy screenshots...to end up being actual gameplay! Gears follows Marcus Fenix, a discraced solder who ignored orders and eneded up in jail. Anywho...you live on an unnkown world that is taken over by the Locust Horde on Emergence Day or "E-Day." I know what you're thinking, that's the most retarded plot EVAR! And you're right. The campaign is fairly short, but once you beat it on all difficulties (and trust me, you will for the achievements) it'll seem like diving down into the fiery pits of hell. Then thre's the multiplayer. Sure there's only a dozen maps but it's HIGHLY addictive. You'll have a blast with this game for years to come except when lag makes a sniper shoots through a wall and shoot you in the face! The graphics aren't too shbby either...

Perfection In The Making...
Pandemic has released two kick-ass original games that have sold well and have gotten good reviews. But there has always been one complaint, the graphics. But with the amazing CPU of the 360 and PS3, Xbox live, downloadable content, the sky truly is the limit.

You expecting a mess?
Take GTA III's environment, but three years before (and no Claude Speed),and cram it on to the PSP.What do you get? The #1 killer app for the system. Plot(4.75): You control Toni Cipriani and you just arrive in Liberty City after laying low for a while. Salvatore's new bitch, Vincenzo hooks you up with an apartment aand a job...but the plot is 20x as deeper as the story moves on.. Sound(5.00): Every curse word beautifully comes off the toungue. Control(4.50): Other than the drive-bys taking some getting used to...it's fairly easy to manuveur aroun. Graphics(5.00): The best graphics so far for a handheld. Multiplayer(4.25): Also highly addictive, but you have to unlock the content by playing through the story. Pros: Amazing graphics, addictive gameplay, gifted writers. Cons: Small Graphical issues, tricky drive-bys, three hour battery life, No Infrastructure.

Terrible load times do get in the way of this game.
I bought this game yesterday and I have to say the load times are terrible...they take up 1/4 of the game time.I'm not gonna trade it in because...well maybe I should...fanboys only.

One of the best on the PSP so far.
The campaign is roughly six hours long, but if you play through the night(like I did)you'll most likely beat it(might I reccomend the laser tracer?).You'll be asked if you want to replay the game with all of your current weapons, armor, and gadgets or to warp right before the final boss battle. They're are plenty of guns and armor to choose from.Old weapons make a return while new ones squeeze right in.You might be thinking,"I won't buy this,it's just some side-story..."WRONG!This is an entire story with the PS2 graphics and gameplay in tact. The multiplayer is moderate, but is a good inclusion for people who are done with the caimpaign or just a fan of online multiplayer. I strongly advise this for people who have lost faith in their PSP's. Graphics: 4.25 Gameplay: 4.50 Sound: 4.25 Control: 4.00
