If it ain't broke...
Overall, Call of Duty: World at War is a great game. From the moment you begin playing, whether multi- or solo play, you feel immersed in the hell of war. The weapons are authenic, the environments are beautiful, and the controls are spot-on. The storyline, for those actually interested in plot, is fascinating in depth and emotion.
However, I believe the creators missed what gave CoD 4 its hightened popularity among gamers - SOMETHING NEW. With advanced weaponry, superior multiplayer action, and stunning visuals, CoD 4 gave gamers a unique approach to FPS games. I believe Infinity Ward would have done better to continue updating Modern Warfare with more maps, character customization, and other upgrades, rather than release ANOTHER WWII SHOOTER.

Best Game on PS3 so far...
Superb Multiplayer action, a great single-player campaign storyline, authentic weapons, and great control schematic make this (in my opinion) the absolute best game on PS3 to date.
The only thing I would improve on would be to add more maps and weapons, and make your character more customizable.
