A fun but flawed experiance
This is a first person action game that everyone blindly thinks is a RPG why? This game is just an open ened action game with boring visuals and no scope that the original aperintly had. The flaws are great and it's just boring walking around because of the bad art direction. The crosshair is ok but the mouse sensitivity is bad. The voice acting is horrendus and flawed. No emotion is bad. The biomod had the potentila to add promise and succeeds. After you get into the combat it's fun but shallow in design. Some quets are down right hilarius. The most impressive FPF
The idea behind breakdown is to keep you glued in first person view and never stray. This may sound normal to Half life players but this game has fist person fighting. I know first person fighting isn't new but i do know that this has the best of the first person fighting (refered from here on as FPF). The graphics are Excellent in this game and your and other character models are all excellent as well. The "cracks" in your arm look great as well. The frame rate has never gone amiss for me and never skipped a (noticable) frame. So with all that good power why does this score drop? The answer is repetitive level design that gets tedious. Sounds wise this game is very good with great weapon noises and good english voice overs. The punching sounds a little farfetched though. The sound track is great and lends itself to some cool tunes. This game is acually a lot of fun. The refusel to stray from first person adds off the wall immersion factor. The fighting mode is the main attraction in this game and luckly it rocks! The bock button can some times not work though and the controls are wierd to get used to but once you do there fine. The jumoing puzzles just plain and simply suck. The collision detection (when you run into something round does the game think it's a square) is realy bad. The gun fighting is simplistic and fun but the mandatory auto aim should be replaced by a crosshair. The game has a wonderfull plot that unfolds as you play through the game. You are Derrick a test subject for prject alpha. You have been given super powers to deafeat the T'lan. I won't say anything else so I don't ruin the story. The level design is very reptitive and has you walking throgh what seems like the same corridor leading to the same room. The characters are great and when i thought alex had died (she just fell down an elevator) I felt kinda sad. Graphics: 4.0 Sound: 3.5 Control: 4.0

The best MMORPG out there
When gamers were first introduced to the final fantasy series they were blown away by its gameplay and characters. Fast forward to present day and you still see this series in the legendory category of games. The 11th installment looks to keep its gamers coming home. This is square's first MMORPG and its one of the greatest final fantasy experiences ever. Being a massively multiplayer game, this game has a wonderful community. The economics system is great because you as the player can drive it forward. For instance, say if an item at the auction house is worth 400 gil(the game's currency) the next day the same item could be worth 200. It adds a sense of immersion as well there are always thousands of players in and are really nice people that don't mind lending you a hand, which makes you feel part of a much bigger world. The first thing you do in the beginning is create a character, well actually, it would be a better idea to install the game. The race choices are as follows: hume, tarutaru, galka, elvaan, and mithra. Now you have to choose a job for your character, in other games this would be like player class. The choices for jobs are: warrior, monk, white mage, black mage, red mage, and thief. Now you choose a country to start in and then you're ready to go into the big world of Vana'diel. Now you're welcome to Vana'diel by an in engine cutscene. The game will explain the rest such as synthesis and fishing. These are all cool things to do if you get bored of the combat, but it rarely gets boring. It uses the same elements as other ff games but improves and exp;ands upon those ideas. Partying makes the combat really fun, I recommend always having a white mage with you though. Threre are plenty of spells and weapons to guarantee that no two people will look the same. When combat begins, your character will start an auto attack, and keep doing so until you dictate otherwise. Gaphics: 4.5 Sound: 4.0 control: 4.0

Best.(Fighting) game. ever.
Dead or Alive may be the ultimate fighting game ever! I know thats alot to say but it's true. The graphhics are great with authentic moves. Animation is top notch. The game plays wonderfully and totally sucks you in. The sound is great too but english voice overs should have been implimented. The controls all feel great and you always know what button too press. I have a controller s so the big controler could be a different story. Characters woth a thousand words This game has a killer llist of cool characters. My favorite characters would have to be Ryu Hayabusa and Ayane. The move list is cool and everthing blends and belongs like butter on bread. Every character is in this tournament called Dead or Alive. Each of them hopes to achieve something through a victory. But the boss Gerna wants everyone dead and Ayane is his daughter and he wants her dead too. Photographers abound The gaphics are awe inspiring and they rock so hard it makes the game way better. This is the game with the best graphics ever period. all the moves fit in and have smooth transintions. Even the grappels that suffer in other games looks great here. Sounds of glory The game sounds are very good with an aprpriate sound track. English voiceovers should have been implmented. The worl is a seamless masterpice and looks unbeleavable. It's been almost 3 years since this game came out and my jaw is still on the floor. The story is a bit wierd though. When you think about it though fighting games never have bee known for there story.

Everthing or......Everthing
James bond is some peoples definition of cool. With all the great action moments and the james bond personality to boot. Then it is a dissapointment that not all Bond games have followed suit. Paticularly with James first next generation console outing Agent under fire. Of course there has been a cool james bond game, Goldeneye. Well after this Goldeneye has a challenger Everthing or nothing. Everthing or.....Everthing. This game has all the james bond moments you could ask for. A heaping load of james bond cool has slapped this game in the face. It has everthing you could ask for from a james bond game all wrapped up in a James bond plot. Wether or not you like the new James Bond movies you can't deny Pierce Bronsmans cham. William Dafoe makes an apperance as the games bad guy a guy named Diavlo. This game has a theme song that was made by Mya and sounds great. The gameplays is wonderfull. The aiming can be fininky though. The hand to hand combat is great an guess what? it totally outperforms enter the matrix. The driving levels are mostly good expect for one of the times you have to fly through the city. The game is a fair legnth and has a good layer of replayibility.
