An almost perfect perfection
This game is one of the best I have ever played, especially on the Xbox 360. It has graphics, guns, gameplay, and multiplayer all rolled up into one package. Like Gamepro, I recommend turning off the soundtrack. It takes away from the suspense. Unlike Gamepro, I liked the story. For we "big and stupid" people, a simplified story is a nice touch to an awesome game. Buy it. Now.

One of the best games ever
Bioshock is awesome. Everything is just great. There is more, but that was just the surface (Yeah! Puns FTW!) Bioshock has a great narrative. In the start of the game you are on a plane. It crashes in the water and you swim for help. Fortunately, a conveniently placed lighthouse gives you refuge from the flames and water. The first thing you will notice when you enter is that the world here is stuck in the 1930's. There is old music playing, the art deco style is a perfect fit for the game, and when you see the enemies, a careful eye will notice that they are wearing fitting clothes for the time period. This sets the mood for the horror, which first comes when an enemy guts a man sent to help you. However, this focuses more on atmosphere than monster in the closet horror. For instance, a shadow is cast upon a bathroom wall. As you aproach, the shape looks up and the lights turn off. You are stranded in the dark for a few seconds, then they turn on. The shadow is gone. The graphics are some of the best I have ever seen. Water is extremely well done, flames are also, character models are perfect, and the backgrounds are awesome. Sure, some textures can blur when you get close, but it is all very well done overall.

The best COMEDY game to date
This game inteds to be funny, and I applaud it for doing so. Over the course of the game, players will be trapped in a mall with thousands of zombies, and he is able to fight them off with his bare hands (not recommended) and the various products, tools, and eventually, even zombies he finds. Weapons include the excavator, shovel, lead pipe, shotgun, jewelery, and much more. The graphics have some rough edges, but nothing unforgivable. The sound is spot on, except for some below-average voice acting. The controls are fun and easy to use. This game will keep the buyer entertained for a long, long time. I recommend renting this game before buying it, because there are a few quibbles I had with it. The AI is nearly impossible to work with, especially survivors. This is rectified when you have to carry them or hold their hand to get them to safety, but free ones will be dead within five minutes. Also, the janitor Otis will chime in over a walkie talkie every once in a while. When you start this, you cannot attack the zombies. If one injures you, you will be forced to hear the whole thing over again. But don't let this deter you. Dead Rising is a great game that should not be missed.

Few titles come close to this
Kane and Lynch Dead Men is action heaven. That isn't to say that it's perfect, but it is pretty good on almost all levels. There is some great level design, chracter models, and stylized graphics here. Explosions can be weak, but the intensity will not draw players away. The storyline is perfect, taking hints from numerous heist, crime, and action films. The voice acting is undoubtably some of the best I've ever seen. In the end, Kane and Lynch ends up as being one of the best action games ever made. Everyone should play it. Just watch out for the dump truck.

One of the most disappointing games I have ever played.
In my eyes, this game had a load of potential when it was first announced. Now it has been buried under mediocre side quests, non-replayability, bad controls, and a craptastic storyline. To me, it was hard to comprehend what was going on when. Also, the bad AI is worth a mention. A guard saw a drunk grab me and throw me into another guard. For some reason they chased me and not the drunk. I have no idea of what happened during development, but the fantastic acrobatics and awesome graphics have been submerged by a storm of below-average crap.
