Great group fun!
This got even my slug child off the sofa, laughing, and waving the Wiimote around wildly :-) Now if only there were more reaadily available remotes so that we weren't stuck playing one at a time; this game should be even more fun in a few months when more accessories are available.

comic book fun ; absolutely not for serious play
Seeing three dimensional Peanuts characters in cutscenes was a little jarring, the play is pretty easy and it is a fun way to spend time.

Good for Grownups
I'm surprised no one has written anything yet now that it is available in stores. I got mine with little trouble this AM (went to an out of the way KMart). I really like this and knew I was buying it for myself with limited supervised use by the kiddos in my house. I bought NFL Street 2 to go along with it. Game plays well, loads are longer than I am used to. Spiderman 2 looks awesome, and now I can argue with the 15 year old that we do have an MP3 player--it's just not hers :-)

Let's be realistic
I've only played Celebrity Deathmatch before in the realm of wrestling games (I prefer cartoony sports vs. realism). The purpose of this game is not realism. The combat mechanics are rather straightforward and were actually praised in a review I read recently. Only thing that bothered me was how long the opponent "hangs" at certain points trying to figure out its next move. Visually, very, very, good.

A little too repetitive
I like this game, too; however, the moves get a little repetitive after a while. I like being able to upgrade so many different things rather just a few pieces, and the use of various different types of magic depending upon which character is involved is great.
