Destroy all Humans! 2 - PS2

Make War, Brutha!

DAH! 2 is an extravagent and well timed sequel to the first very popular 50's sci-fi epic. Although I haven't played the full version, I pre-ordered it and received a demo disc and was very impressed. The graphics were updated, as well as the awesome new weapon set and a remodified upgrade system. "Make War, Not Love", the games subtitle, also features a new thing called gene blending, which I didn't get to experience but sounds awesome. Crypto's ship has also received a makeover, with a new cloaking device and higher upgrade system. But, despite the amazing gameplay, graphics, and controls, DAH! 2 does what the orginal did: wear off. After completing the missions, and demolishing the city and its inhabitants, there was nothing else to do. Of course, this was just the demo disc, and I'm sure THQ will have some way to fix this and turn DAH! 2 into one of the best games of the year.

Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade - PSP

Untold Masterpiece

This is probably the best PSP launch title. Untold Legends packs a powerful kickass punch. The graphics are breathtaking, the controls are simple, and the story line and combat system are outstanding. SOE made a great game for the PSP. This game would have deserved a 5.0 if it wasn't for it's ridiculously horrible camera angle. Everything else is perfect. Multiplayer is the best handhled fun ever. Sound is OK. The music is kind of terrible, but the slicing and dicing sounds are clear and entertaining. If you own a PSP and don't have this game yet, then get it. NOW.

Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando - PS2

WOOOHOOO

This game rocks. Trust me. Buy it now. It is the best game in the world. So buy it. Otherwise, you'll be an FPS idiot and play Halo 24/7 and never learn about good gameplay.

Nintendo DS - DS

PSP is better, but this is pretty good.

The DS was a let down to me, since I wanted more 3D games, not just 2D stuff. The only 3D game I know of on DS is Super Mario DS. Everything else is pretty short and bring, just a bunch of stupid mini-games. I do apreciate the battery life, which is way better tha the PSP. However, Sony is making a PSP battery pack to extend the battery life of the PSP. The PSP can watch good movies besides Residen Evil, can listen to music, and can digitally master photos from a camera, can evntually become a digital camera, eventually will be a gps, and tons of other cool stuff. As for DS? A microphone and a touch screen, and Nintendo's making a movie add on, probably with bad movies. I desperately want a PSP, and I am saving up for one right now. DS is nothing you need to save up for, but if your friend has one, it's worth borrowing. PSP is still much better.

Destroy All Humans! - PS2

Get Ready for some 1950's Destruction, Martian Style

This game will definetly turn out to be the greatest game ever. I dont want an opinion, this game is going to rock out loud when it hits shelves in June. I know I'm going to get it, and all other humanoid haters or destruction lovers should get this game. What's more fun then attacking the Pentagon with the Washington Memorial, used as a battering ram? And what could be more fun than watching a horde of human flesh monkeys chicken dancing in the town square? To answer for everyone: nothing. This game is about Crypto 127, an alien on a mission to harvest brainstems for an experiment to save his home planet. So it isn't really all fun and destruction. You still are a hero, but in a blowy upy kind of way, like Ratchet and Clank. This game is going to be rated T, so people who were wondering know that if your parents think M games are to harsh, you can get this one. That's all for know in the Horder's house of Syrup.
