Quake 4 - Xbox 360

Quake 4... Quake series had better days...

Quake 4 has nothing new. Quake 4 is basically Quake 2 except with better graphics. You play as Matthew Kane a solider who survived a gruesome Strogg attack on Space Station Armstrong during the Strogg attack on earth. Your assigned to Rhino Squad which is basically a bunch of brainless marines fighting because they are told too. The AI is horrendous I remember seeing my medic run up to a Gladiator!!!!!(Dummy). The vehivles are a good touch but Vehicles in games have been around for ages..... Nothing really nice beside Blackhole weapon. and no bots in this Quake either.... Overall though its ok.

Assassin's Creed - Xbox 360

Assasin's Creed is da bomb

If you love RPGs and Sleath orientated video games (think Tenchu) then you will have a blast with Assasin's Creed. The gameplay is like Tenchu except much more fluint. You also get to climb on buildings which is very entertaining

TimeSplitters - PS2

Timesplitters very enjoyable

I remember the day when I first purchased this game. I was very skeptical and was hoping that my $40 wasn't wasted. But when I began to play this wonderful game it became clear that this was the future of gaming. The graphics were excellent (Though not the best) the control scheme was flawless. The sound was extremely good. The game feature multiple multiplayer options that enhanced the quality of the fun factor.

Slider's anyone?

This game is fun. The graphics are very good (Not Ground-breaking but good). The sound is excellent, so good that when you arrive to the part with the spirit children they will send chills down your spine!! thats how good the sound is. Gameplay wise is very creative you have an array of portals which can bring you from point a to point b(Obivously). Some portals have to be activated some can just pop up without warning. This portal concept reminded me of the Sci Fi tv series Sliders. You have to be careful though because the enemy uses this method of transporation quite frequently(sometimes alot). This concept reminded me of the Sci Fi tv series Sliders. The weapons are very creative, the classic grenade has been replaced by a some sort of three legged green creature. You rip the legs off of it and throw it. It's quite unique.

Halo: Combat Evolved - Xbox

Master Chief knows best

When it comes to intense in your face run and gun action. Halo fits in well. Graphics: 5.0: Graphics for its time was nothing short of spectular and ground-breaking. Sound: 4.5: Even the music fits the pace of the game, it rides along with the gameplay very smoothly. Control: 5.0 what can I say..... Halo set the bar for FPS control scheme on the xbox. Fun factor: 4.75 Even to this day this game is dangerously addictive, even if it doesn't include multiplayer the single campaign is still a blast!!!!!
