Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - PS3

Pros Cons
Amazing visuals
Engaging story
Intense action
Addictive gameplay
Fantastic multiplayer
Amazing

I've played quite a few first person shooter games, and this one is by far the best I've ever played. The story mode is amazing, as is the multiplayer, which in my opinion is better than Halo's. Get this now if you haven't

F.E.A.R. - PC

Amazing!

This game rocks. The only bad thing about the game is that it isn't very long, but other than that, it is absolutely amazing.

Final Fantasy III - DS

I love it

This game is awesome. I wonder why Squaresoft didn't release it in 1990. Anyway, the remake of this game is amazing. I do wish that there was an NES version in America just to see what it was like, but that is not a big deal. The job system is executed flawlessly (has depth but is still easy to use). Graphics are pretty good. The sound is remade with current technology well enough to not sound like an NES game, but it is still simple enough to remind you of those games. Overall, a very good game.

Prison Tycoon - PC

Good premises, bad execution (pun intended)

This game sounds interesting and from the look of it, it should be. The idea of running your own prison does sound interesting, the game itself is quite poor. The games full potential becomes one of the prisoners in your prison, wanting to be free but never quite being so. On the surface, the graphics are clumsy and reminiscent of a game from the mid-90s, as can be seen in the screen shots above. The rest of the game isn't much better. The controls suck and the sound is, to use a cliche, uninspired. Gameplay is slow and frustrating. The cell blocks are unrealistically small, as are the rest of the buildings. Overall, this game makes actually being in prison seem more fun.

Runescape - PC

Never disappointed

It sounds to me like Warlord99 doesn't like working for his money. Did you expect to start off with millions of dollars and the best equipent in the game? Your review is basically based on the fact that you had to work for your stuff and were upset by the fact that you started out poor with crappy equipment. Now, onto my review. This game is very quite interesting. Playing since May 2005, I have never been disappointed in the quality of Runescape, and I am still amazed at the improvements Jagex keeps making. New stuff, such as quests and mini-games, is added every week to keep the game fresh and with over 110 quests currently available, new members have plenty of things to keep themselves occupied. The community is rather helpful, although there are bad seeds, as there is in every game. Also, for only $5 per month, Runescape offers the same quality as much more expensive games. Just be careful though, as this game is quite addicting. To sum it up... Graphics The graphics are not very good when compared to current games, but this is superficial when it comes to gameplay. For a Java game, however, they are pretty good. Sound Basically the same as the graphics review. Replay Value The replay value for Runescape is excellent. New stuff is added almost every week. Aside from the massive amount of quests, there are numerous mini-games, many which involve teamwork. If you have done all quests, training skills isn't too bad, especially if people are around to talk to. Overall Excellent. For $5 per month, you would be hard pressed to get more fun from a game for such a cheap price. Bad points Training skills in isolated areas can get boring sometimes. Also, certain random events are annoying. Some players are younger and act like it
