Tony Hawk's Project 8 - Xbox 360

this has redeemed the spark lost from THAW

Yeah,yeah,yeah...I know what you're thinking...this is just "another tony hawk game" just like the last installment (tony hawk's american wasteland)...but unlike last time...this game actually has a replay value!...in other words...this game is frickin fun!I don't think i've played a tony hawk as fun as this since THUG (witch I used to think was the best tony hawk game made).let me get into the game itself.this game is all about becoming part of this thing tony hawk has made called "PROJECT 8".your objective in the game is to outskate the other skaters,impress the locals,and...well...get into PROJECT 8!once you first play it.you'll immedeately notice that the controls have been tightened up,witch I think is good.trust me...play this one and then a previous tony hawk game..you'll notice.secondly,just look at those...graphics...they're nice...VERY nice actually.this game has bought back the free roaming idea from THAW...just a lot bigger.there's also this new "nail the trick" thing where you go matrix and make up your own fliptrick during your combo.the goals are slightly diffrent now.most goals have an ametur,pro,and sick rating to them to challenge all skills in the game.now for you XBL people...the online play has been improved in my opinion.instead of staying in one area (if you don't want to) you can now free roam the whole city on XBL unlike last time.overall,this installment has definitely reedemed that inner tony hawk game fan in me...good job neversoft...now don't mess up gituar hero!

Gears of War - Xbox 360

chainsawing locust to a bloody murder...so satasfiyng

...this game is a straight up bloodfest....and fun at the same time.this game is a must play if you have a 360.Incredible graphics, intense gunfights,cool guns (espically the lancer),nice cover system,unforgiving A.I.,ugly mixes of insects and ailens,all in this game.This game is just great....but I hear you don't get all of that "great" expirence if you don't have XBL....ESPICALLY if you already beat the game...either way...I think you should uy it...or rent it at least...

Wii Sports - Wii

boxing,tennis,bowling,golf,baseball..all done with just a remote!

it is such a reward to get such a game with the Wii.Wii sports gives a great and very fun example of how motion sensing in games is a good idea.Every game you play,you must do almost the same movements that you would normaly do in the real sport.Take boxing for example.using the Wii-mote (and the nunchuck attachment),you punch and dodge your way to a KO like the real thing!This game also gives a slight workout (espically boxing!).Trust me,you might want to roll up your sleeves or wear a tank top while playing this game.overall,this is just a great game...it definitley gained a 5.0 from me.

PlayStation 3 - PS3

to my expectations...it's not much

all I hear is that the ps3 will be A phoenomal consle and that it's gonna be beter than the 360.....so I expected A lot form the ps3 since the 360 is A awesome consle as it is.but from what I seen,it's not as big as people make it.awesome graphics?....yeah I admit those are some real impressive graphics...real impressive graphics that are REALLY similar to the 360.great controller?......yeah for those who like the same stuff for about 10 YEARS!it has blu-ray inside it......yeah and that's why the damn thing costs so much.....solid game franchises......we......okay you got me there.

Call of Duty 2 - Xbox 360

CoD 2...A must buy for the 360.....until CoD 3

CoD 2 is hands down one of the best 360 games out there.if you play it,you'll just keep on coming back for more...and more...and more.to me it seems just like what I thought war was like,just more intense.the controls are great for it.not to tight,not to loose,it's just right.enemy AI is awesome too (espically on veteran difficulty)here's something to do on that game,take out the crosshairs and the subtitles amdit will seem like you're really in the war....really....try it...anyway,bottom line is this game is great...
