Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - PS2

COWABUNGA LOSERS!

In my opinion, this game was made for one exact purpose: to give you a little taste of what it feels like to be a turtle. But you wouldn't want to be one anyway. The graphics are impressive, & so are the moves of the turtles, but hearing the turtles say the same thing over each punch or kick is really annoying. I just muted the volume & turned up the stereo. These four need some more training by Splinter if they are going to kick Shredder's behind.

Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus - PS2

YOU SLY LITTLE DEVIL

Sly Cooper is one sly devil. There's no heist he can't pull off, with the help of his buddies, while wooing the hot detective on his trail. This game may be a bit childish, but it's still fun. It's basic, easy, & entertaining. The graphics are brilliantly crafted, using 2-D & 3-D cel-shaing. Clever! Pure fun down to the last diamond.

Ratchet: Deadlocked - PS2

BLOW UP AS MUCH $HIT AS YOU WANT

Though different from it's prequels, this game doesn't fail in giving you the intense pace as it did in the past. You resume the role of Ratchet, who's now stuck in the middle of a gameshow. You may not have Clank, but now you have 2 bots that fight by your side. You can upgrade them to be quite the team. The platforming may be gone, but what replaces it is some good 'ol fashion ass-kicking. The best quadrilogy on the PS2, in my opinion.

Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando - PS2

BLOW MORE $HIT UP

The dynamic duo are on a new mission now...........to kick some major ass! Even more action, weapons, upgrades, & hilarious dialogue. The sequel does everything better, but still keeps that special 'Ratchet & Clank' flavor. You get to play as Clank a bit more, & it sure is fun. Go commando.......I know I did.

Soul Calibur II - PS2

SELL YOUR SOUL

Selling your soul never felt so exhilarating. Fight your way to claim the Soul Blade. The graphics are beutiful, the controls are easy to learn (difficult to master), & the combos are fantastic. The PS2 version may have Heihachi, not really as cool as Spawn or Link, but he's pretty good. Weapons Master mode is really frustrating, but it's fun. Plenty of modes & secrets to play ALL the way thru.
