Review for Mario Kart Wii.

Mario Kart Wii is the funnest game experience I had yet! The online multiplayer battle mode and VS. mode were the best! The characters were cool and the stages were good! The only drawback is that the wii-wheel takes a little getting used to and the computer system that lets you pick out items is a bit faulty. Getting ahead from last place to first place is too easy and knocking someone down from first place to last is too easy. Like if you are in first place, there are weapons that can easily take you down to nearly last place, like the flying blue shell. And gettinng ahead from last place is too easy since the computer usually makes you pick out gold mushrooms, invisibilty stars and bullet-bills that can shoot you all the way to the finish line. Also, the game is a bit short and has too many of the same old tracks from previous Mario Kart games of the past. But, with the new additional made for Wii tracks such as the: "Coconut Mall" and the multiplayer track: "Chain Chomp Wheel" it makes this game worth playing as any other Mario Kart games that are out there. Overall, this game will have you coming back for more! This is the kinda game that will impress you no doubt, the more you play it the more it settles in your heart! Bravo Nintendo!

Cool

The game has the Mario kart title, has karts, and has races, but with a whole new perspective. It's very addictive and is fun for all! New unlockables and hours of challenging tracts. It's just like the bunny for those batteries. It keeps going and going and going and going.

There is some power under the hood of this baby...

I have Kart and purchased 3 extra wheels... And while I have to say I love playing online and solo... I cant stand playing the game with others in split screen mode... Even with my 50" LCD the ratio is all messed up and you cant see whats around the next turn... However, other then that one fault its a perfect game in its mechanics... On top of mechanics being near perfect it has a pretty easy learning curve... Dont be cheap spend the $50 dollars for this game...

Mario Kart Wii wins the race

After a dark period for Mario in the Gamecube with a flop like Super Mario Sunshine, and an ok Mario Kart Double Dash, the Wii comes out with 1-2-3 punch, Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, and Mario Kart Wii. If the first two weren't awesome enough, this takes it to the next level of awesomeness. A game that uses motion sensing wheel, and our favorite Nintendo characters makes a blockbuster hit. If these 3 games don't bringsome sales to the Wii, nothing will. There is the problem that you can't tell who is in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place, but you can win without itI give it a 5 for fun, interactive motion controls, and not too many noticable problems.

Fun, But Frustrating

MK Wii, while fun, still has it's moments of frustration. And by "moments of frustration," I mean "most of the single-player experience." The A.I. is just downright cheap, mucking up your efforts and unavoidably messing up the race for you. Coupled with a lack of things to do, the single-player is mainly a conduit for unlocking things, like characters and vehicles.

Speaking of characters, it's sad that Nintendo is really scraping the bottom of the barrel for them, even though there are many great, unused characters that would work here (like Popple and Fawful from Superstar Saga).

Despite these complaints, MK Wii is still reliably fun. Beware, though: it's a multiplayer game first, and a single-player game second.

Played it The day it came out

This game is awesome! The wii version of this game is insane but a warning should come along with the package: Highly Addicitve. Just like the DS Version, but better, there are newer worlds plus some revamped worlds from the previous titles. New characters, and new vehicles. How about riding a bike? Now thats a great addition! My personal fav. Character is Bowser. Also, their are new powerups! Try getting the rocket power up, hold B and let the rocket to the racing. Onto other things. Why not try this online? It's a game that takes full consideration of the Wii's visuals and controls. As well as hooking up online means new updateable concepts, cars and worlds! Wow, if your into racing, rent this one boys and girls. Finally, a title that is enjoyable for the Wii. Pros: Great Visuals, and controls Cons: Needs more concepts, more downloadable characters and more vehicles. Y0m1t3 500

Mario Kart WII

Nintendo does not disappoint with this game. The online portion has no lag and it is easy to connect and find players unlike Super Smash Bros Brawl. Mario Kart Wii leaves the previously released Double Dash in the dust. If you have a WII this is a must own!

MARIO KART!!!!!

I've seen Nintendo's Press Conference and when they revealed Mario Kart Wii, it brought a tear to my eye. Because I'm one of the many that just love Mario Kart. I really can't wait for Mario Kart Wii to be in the States by early 2008.

I cant wait

I cant wait for this game. I mean I ve played like every mario Kart game and when this comes out it will be awesome. i think it would be better than DS if they had more than 12 characters to the game. Then it will be awesomely fun!
