What can you say about Guiter Hero III that you couldn't say in a review for either of the previous two incarnations? The only differences between Guitar Hero III and the first two games in the franchise are purely stylistic - character models, environments, even the guitar neck where the notes slide down the screen, all these have been given graphical updates. Beyond that, it's still Guitar Hero. It comes with a guitar controller - this time, it's a Les Paul rather than an Xplorer - and you play songs by the Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam, Alice Cooper, and the Sex Pistols, among others. And it's still a load of fun.
