Now..I could go into great detail about why this game is so amazing. Whether it be the amazing and addicting multiplayer, the graphics, the story mode..etc. But, do I honestly have to? We all know CoD 4 is amazing and has cemented a spot as one of the best FPS's of all time. So...the answer to my question would be no. The games been out damn near a year and people are still buying it and getting hooked. This is a game that will simply never stop being played, at least not anytime soon.

Yeah, unbelievable isn't it? CoD4 got a 5/5! It is a very impressive game. Once I got around to playing it, it wowed me.Graphics, controls, story, multiplayer, and the all over feel of the game are spectacular. The stars are 5, but it deserved a 4.75. It is not the best game of 07. That would, in my opinion, have to Bioshock. Over and out.

Call of Duty 4 may very well be a genre defining shooter. It has great graphics, combat, voice acting, and a narrative that could be all too real. The production are high and the graphics are highly detailed and look downright real at times. The constant sound of gunfire and explosions brings the war zone to life. The combat is quick and demanding with enemies in every direction and it only takes a few bullets for them to take you out. The narrative is about a crazed european leader who has a vex against America and wants to blow up the country. It's a thrill ride all the way until the amazing ending sequence. The multiplayer is a blast as well, just be prepared to get your arse handed to you at first. These guys are good! Overall, this game is brilliant, though a slightly short story mode. The multiplayer, however, makes your $60 very well spent overall.

Welcome to Modern Warfare. Call of Duty 4 breaks out of the WWII mold and enters the contemporary battlefield beautifully. The single player game tells a compelling story and has several intense action sequences. Unfortunately, the story is over far too soon and you'll be left wanting more. I really wish there was a split screen co-op campaign or at the very least online co-op to give it a little more replayability. However once you start playing Team Deathmatch online you won't likely give the single player game a second thought. Well balanced with a unique and addicting "leveling" system in which you earn access to more weapons, attachments, and Perks. Perks are passive bonuses which range from extra grenades to just having a little more life. It can be quite fun trying different combinations of weapons, attachments and perks in order to find the "Class" that fits your play If you're looking for excellent multi player action, look no further.

Its an absolutely great game but I'd say multiplayer is bad. You cant do co-operative on it which I think can make a game great. And you cant do slit screen online like halo 3. I hated to see the sargeant go but it made the game a little more exciting. Sadly I scratched the game so i cant play...oops

After playing this game i came to the conclusion that i have been spoiled. Great single campaign action along with its addictive multiplayer action have me playing this game for almost a year consistenly. With its great perk system and challenges to unlock on multiplayer, make this game on which on other FPS games will likely take into consideration when developing their games, as a FPS classic. The only negative opinion that i have about this game is that the campaign is a little short but in no way a downfall. Way to go Infinity Ward.

BEST ONLINE FPS, BEST GRAPHICS FOR A FPS SO FAR, BY FAR THE BEST FPS I PLAYED YET. A MUST GET, ONLINE PLAY IS AWESOME. THE STORY IS DEEP AND RICH.

This game was awsome, the campaing, the multiplayer and the wepons on live. Live for me was the best part of the game for me the ranking system was alot better than halo 3. I liked how you can make your own class and the perk selection (Heres a Tip: I always use this clas Ninja- MP5, Desert Eagle- P- Juggernaut, RPG, deep Impact) The campaing mode had some WOW moments, like I said in the Bad Company reviews, if your kind of bored and you go in Hardcore search and Destroy and betray people the get pretty *****ng mad, but still this is a recamondation.

This game is brilliant. I've never been big on the Call of Duty series but I loved the single player on this game. The battles can be truly epic. The story is great, but it's a little short. Really tho, it was a flawless run. The multiplayer shines through as well, even tho I suck ha and I usually end up playing Halo. No doubt this is worth it tho.
