What isnt to Love?

This game is what we would expect after having several amazing Guitar Hero games before it. I only wish that there were more songs available, but the game is solid and extremely addicting. I've often invited some friends over and we all play Guitar Hero together and have a ton of fun. If you are a Guitar Hero fan then you will not be disapointed.

Guitar Hero III

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is the most recent incarnation of the widely accepted guitar simulation game. The graphics in this game are the best in the series and in this game most of the songs are masters of their originals. There is only one problem with this game, the lead singer looks like a retarded gorilla. But other than that the game is very appealing to the eyes. This game includes a wireless guitar, that comes with the bundle pack. Also the guitar has removable faceplates to suit your style. I give this game a 4.75 because of its creativeness and addictiveness.

bigger badder, but not better

I'm a large fan of Guitar Hero. It had characters with insane moves and songs that never got old, but when I played the third installment i got a handful of mixed feelings. As for visual presentation it's much improved because it was made for the next gen consoles, however characters are now fixed to a small location. I also found the camera to be a little static. Switching to one fixed location to another, and hardly and movement, giving a bugdet music video vibe. The songs were great. I loved most of the songs there even. This makes the game really and if the line up isnt your cup o tea, then oh well. Its really the redeeming quality. I did like the master tracks, but I'd rather stick to covers because the instruments were also stressed a lot more. Playing the game is easy, hammer ons and pull offs are a snap. The problem is the insanely increased difficulty on hard and expert. Sure, we all could use a challenge, but the point is to mix challenge with fun, not 3 hours of frustration because you can't beat Raining Blood on expert because of the first solo. It seemed the notes were placed there and really fitting the song. Overall, it's fun but I'll stick with Guitar Hero II.

Guitar Hero 3

I really like this game. It's a really fun party game or when you just have a few friends over. The song list is great, and the song list can get even longer and better with all the song you get can get of Marketplace. What makes it a good game also is the battling which wasn't on the other Guitar Heros. You get to battle Slash and The Devil.

A JEWL or a fault?

I think that Guitar hero is the fault line to physical games for the Xbox 360. Like most music games this game get to repetative. Sure you can beat Expert but whats next. Pay about $100 for it just to get bored of it. One good side is that the guitar supposedly works with a much better game ROCK BAND.

Guitar Hero III

I was never a fan of these games. Well honestly I hadn't played them but didn't think I would like them. To my great surprise, after playing it, I was hooked. The game is a blast. Not only is it easy to catch on to but it's challanging enough to keep you coming back for more. With a nice variety of songs it is a sure fire hit for those who enjoy music games. If you don't know if that's you, try it out and see. this game will give you a good taste of what the genre is like. In case you haven't noticed, I would definitely recommend this game.

A flawed gem...

This game is awesome. A stellar selection of songs plus beautiful graphics and some nice-looking costumes, characters, and guitars have come to rock our world on the Xbox 360. But the lack of coop play except for the career, plus the game's major focus on battling, seem a little stale before it's even out of the box. This is essentially the same game we've been playing since the first game came out, but just with a better song selection and flashier graphics. This is a good game, borderline great, but it just doesn't cross that line into stardom. This series may be like Axl Rose--it had its time, but others of its ilk have come to replace it with bigger, better, badder.
