So this game will probably never get the attention that I feel it deserves. Nominations for game of the year (or even winning) just won't do the game justice. It is an amazing piece of entertainment and art that every PS3 owner should own. From their trademark humor to the cleverly designed levels, R&CF:ToD is a game that is actually FUN to play. The replay value is off the charts, with plenty of goodies to unlock. Even the weapon design is the best yet in the series. The Groovitron is, in my opinion, the best new weapon of the year. This game is an absolute must-own, and I hope that every PS3 owner takes a shot with this amazing game. You don't have to be familiar with the series to appreciate this game.

I really liked this game, all of the new mini games help to make it one of a kind. The only problem I had with it was the ending....what the hell?!

It might just be me but Insomniac is incredible!!!! This game may look like a childs cartoon game but I am 18 and enjoy this game. First off let me start off by saying I've never been a fan of Ratchet and Clank. Not because I didn't like them but because I always thought it was to kiddie-ish for me to care, but Tools of Destuction changed all that. The game is gorgeous and very fun to play. The story is good and the characters are hilarious. I only wish I would have been playing Ratchet and Clank from the beginning. There are lot's of weapons and I always knew Ratchet and Clank were known for their unique weaponry but the weapons on TOD take the cake from the Tornado blaster which shoots out a medium sized twister that can be controled by the sixaxis to the Grooveitron which causes all on screen characters to stop attacking and get their groove on. This game is definitely a must have for your PS3.

I played the demo at Gamestop, just the other day, one word. AWESOME!!!! I mean the graphics are jaw-dropping, the humor is great, this game FUCKING OWNS!!! I've played all the R&C games execept ToD. :( I really want to get this game in the near future.

This game goes down as the most underrated game of the year in my book. The game is stunning, fun and hilarious at times. This is one of the very few games I am still replaying so I can unlock even more ridiculous weapons and content. If you own a PS3 you MUST own this game. If you are considering the console, this game should seal the deal. Finally a game worth the hefty price tag of the console.

Some minor gripes aside Rachet and Clank is one of those games that make you glad you are a gamer. With a great mix of platforming, shooting and even space combat to break up the action from time to time. This marks developer Insomniac's second title for the PS3 and they once again have proven that making great games for the PS3 is entirly possible. With a rather slim line-up of exclusives for this holiday season R&CF:TOD stands out as one of the must have titles fromt he PS3 this year. The gameplay is almost perfect, as a matter of fact the only gripe I have is not so much the game's fault as it is the newly designed L2 and R2 buttons are less comfortable to use in some cases that the older DS2 controller. Otherwise the sound, voice acting, graphics and humor keep you going from begining to end to discover the origins of the Lombax race and has you fighting some amusing and memorable enemies along the way. The storytelling and visuals are more like something you would expect from a PIXAR film than a video game. It is just that good. If you have a PS3 and you are looking for fun and adventure than dont wait any longer go grab this game. This could be the platform game of the year if not the of the last 5 years. Best game in the series.

Easily the best game available for the ps3. I know the bar has been set pretty low for the ps3 but this game is a must have for any ps3 owner starved for games.Beautiful graphics crazy weapons and pretty damn fun. But at the end of the day still prety run of the mill as far as R&C games go not much dif from the other R&C games. But a good game regardless.
