amazing game...

this game is just so good.. from the graphics, to the gameplay, and to the story.... the only thing i have a problem is that i wanted more when i finished the game..... but besides that.. it is the perfect game to pick up.. ps3 owners should make sure they own a high quality game like this... Graphics 5.0 Gameplay 4.75 Story 5.0 Controls 4.75 Sound 4.75 this is one of the best looking next gen games out for a console... naughty dog in the past haven't done something like this before.. they done a very good job.. and set the bar even higher for future games.... the only other thing i found wrong with the game is the weapon strengths... they made a pistol easy to kill someone but the ak-47 a lot weaker... in the future that they need to make the weapons better.. but the guns are nice...

One of the best looking games so far this gen

Uncharted doesnt bring online multiplayer. It brings Stamina and life to the ps3. it was kind of a rough year with the ps3. Developers not knowing how to work around the cell, ect ect. With games like ratchet and clank, and now uncharted it was worth the wait. uncharted is a well developed game by naughty dog. the visuals are gorgeous the gameplay has little to no flaws. A third person shooter that brings adventure and action all at once. With its authenticity this game will surely keep you busy. this game is great, though its only 6 to 8 hours. its still a eye candy gem for playstation 3 owners.

Instant Blockbuster (if it was a movie)

IF you were to combine Indiana Jones, and Tomb Raider, and give a little different plot, YOU HAVE UNCHARTED!!! This game combines really fun gameplay, with a really good plot, or story-line. This games graphics really bring out the Blu-Ray of PS3. A modern day treasure hunt. A little dream. For people that love violent games, this game will meet your needs for shooting. With battles that have plentiful enemies, a small but very satisfing arsenal of weapons including the AK-47, M4A1, Desert Eagle pistol, and the Dragonov Sniper, plus more. This game has a realy good story-line, incredable graphics, and great characters. I have no complaints for this game. Graphics:4.75 Sound:4 Control:4.75

Worth a buy or several day rent

The graphics are beautiful but the fighting becomes VERY repetitive and monotonous. Also the control for some of the weapons and general controls suffer a bit. I find a clear ledge that I am suppose to jump to, but for some reason the bluetooth controller isn't picking up the directional? Either way the story is great and the graphics are phenomenal. Its just a fun breeze through game and worth a look for any PS3 owner. I don't think its up to COD4 or R&C caliber as the leaders of the system, but it definetley has its moments.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

When I was picking out my game I had to juggle between buying Turok or Uncharted and boy am I glad I picked Uncharted. It is a graphical masterpiece with little to no lag between frames. The playability is maybe a little too simple as you only need to point in the direction you wish to go and press X or O. The story is a little over the top but highly addicting as you search for the Lost City of El Dorado only to uncover different truths from what you thought you knew. Naughty Dog does an excellent job in bringing the characters to life just like they always do. They also do there trademark scavenger hunts, like in the Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter titles, in the form of hidden treasures and a mysterious hidden relic. The combat in the game is unbelievable!!! You can run around blasting with your gun our use simple button combinations to unleash devastating combos. As you progress throughout the game you will receive medal points for things such as 5 headshots in a row or finding 5 out of the 60 treasures. The medal points unlock rewards which put a cool twist on the game. If you have a PS3 you should have Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.........

uncharted review

Out of the many games i've played for the ps3,xbox360,and the wii tis game has the best graphics i've ever seen. this is a great game 10 out of 10. the game has a huge plot twist near the end buti not going to get into that...you have to find that out for yourselves. I was never a huge fan of third person shooters but Uncarted:Drake's Fortune got me right into it. most third erso shootersthat i've played has had some sort of tactical sense, sure so does Uncharted but this game has something hat most other games dont have, hordes of enemies even on medium. The only that that i personally think woud make the game better is that your teamates could die, sure the game would be harder but it makes it more realistic.

Indiana Jones + Tomb Raider

Boy does this game play out like a indiana jones movie. The voice acting all the way to the disc itself. Definetely a must for all PS3 owners.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

I finished this game over the holidays and it was to say the least, amazing. The scenery is so realistic, you feel like you are actually in the forrest looking for Sir Francis Drake's fortune. I have never seen more realistic character models in a video game either. My only problem with this game was that it could have been a little longer, considering that I beat it in about nine hours. But it was very entertaining and the story kept me on the edge of my... lawn chair the whole time! I strongly suggest this one and plan on playing it again and again.

Uncharted Beauty

Uncharted is a game that puts beauty before brawn, yet brawn is not very far behind. First let's get the graphics out of the way. Anyone who's someone has seen Uncharted and can attest to the beauty that is the scenery. I mean, baby blue skies with smokey white puffy clouds, vivid green trees, and waist high blades of glass that sway to the wind and also move realistically as main character Nathan Drake brushes through them. At times during gameplay, you will actually stop and look around just to see the beautiful backdrop. Now for gameplay, the game's basic routine is puzzles then gunfights and back to puzzles with a few vehicle shooting rides littered around. The puzzles are not too mind bending giving the game a chance to keep a nice pace, but the gunplay can be a little difficult due in part to the aiming. You can manually aim but you never really feel like you actually shot them in the place where you shot them and as for headshots forget it. The radius is not very forgiving as you have to be dead on or not at all. The cover system is nicely done and makes you take full advantage of it because if you don't take cover often you and attempt to be a cowboy, you will find yourself replaying the same area often. My other gripe about the game would probably be it's length, it's a little on the short side but makes up in awarding you for finding little treasures aoung the game and since the game is so fun to play, you wouldn't mind playing through it again. Just a few small gripes of a superior Triple A title. Another PS3 must have.
