This is my favorite game of all time. It was great on the gamecube and is now even better on the Wii. The Wii gives you excellent controls and an upgraded aspect ratio not to mention the extra content from the PS2 version. A must buy!!

This game is totally awesome. I think this is the best game ever made. I first heard about from my friends when it first came out so I decided to buy it. I played it for 11 hours the first day I got it. It was such an awesome game. It took me 18 hours to beat it then I played it again and again. This is a game I could never get bored of. I love the mercenairies mode you unlock when you beat the game. Favorite location is waterworld with the big chainsaw guy. I die on purpose just for amusement. I unlocked the handcannon, infinite launcher, chicago typewriter and all the other bonus weapons. Still trying to beat pro difficulty to get the P.R.L. 412. I have beat the game like 23 times and I'm still playing it having as much fun as when I first got it. I definately recommend this game to anyone that doesn.t have it. 15/10.

P.S. There you go Shotgunzzzz I wrote it like you asked.

New Sequel of one of the best games ever for Wii?

Pros Cons
Addictive gameplay Doesn't live up to expectations

Resident Evil 4 was a great game to play, and still is. Are they ever going to make a Resident Evil 5 for Wii? I'm working on the money to get a XBox 360 but right now I'm with a Wii. I have a bunch of awesome games (Guitar Hero 3, resident evil 4, Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess, and Prince of Persia:rival swords) but if they can lower the graphic standards a little and make it a re4 looking platform it would be a kick butt game to close up the series. With resident evil 4 the story was the same as other versions, but it would be awesome if it was slightly different then on 360 or PS3.

Capcom is a company that had sprouted its legacy of survival horror with the Resident Evil series; it has many additions to the list of games, and has a distinct, staple form of gameplay that spanned almost all of its games. Now, no matter how good a formula is, any series as a whole could decline if the games have the same things over and over again for years. Capcom noticed this, and so gave their series a total makeover. The product, was Resident Evil 4. Now let me just get out of the way that I like Resident Evil Pre-Resi 4, and post Resi 4, but there are a lot of long time fans that resent that game because it is a total overhaul. What I think? Capcom has done an outstanding job revitalizing the series with new innovations, and very cool gameplay situations that can't be denied. I mean, in how many games are you bombarded in a house with hordes of virus-infected enemies coming at you with pitchforks, and clawing hands? (don't answer that, cause you might actually think of some, and I don't want to take that risk) The cut scenes are great, as well as the graphics and sound quality. The story is good, but the scripting is better. The bosses are massive, and the controls, especially on the Wii, are good. The game may not be as scary as the others in the series, but it is still a suspenseful, thrilling and action packed adventure filled with blowing the heads off zombies. In fact, the fact that you CAN blow the heads off zombies should be motivation enough. Go get this game.

Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition review

Pros Cons
Amazing visuals
Engaging story

I have never really played the Playstation 2 or GameCube versions of this game. But man, this game gave me a thrill ride of my life! Those spooky horror graphics make you feel like you're right inside of the whole action! Being chased by zombies carrying pitch forks, torches and chainsaws is really cool! The suspensful music is also cool, when a zombie approaches near you could here the music cut into something dramatic. The cinema scenes are awesome, I really love the intro where Leon enters the amazon. Most of the scenes are interactive too where you have to use the wii mote to escape certain dangers. My only complaint is the controls. I had a little hard time figuring out how to switch weapons, reload and navigating Leon through some treacherous stages. But, I eventually had the patience to adjust to it after studying what each button does. Overall, the use of the Wiimote makes it feel as if you really are using a real rifle and oh yeah, there's alot of blood in this game! So this is not something you wanna show to the kiddies!

Resident evil 4 is a pretty great game. The visuals are one thing they aren't the graphics that are on the other games, but judging the other games looks, not much of a loss. You play as Leon Kennedy in a 3-d perspective, shooting zombies in the head or other. The controls are almost perfect, I had trouble with somethings, but got over them quickly. The story is you go to this town to look for the president's kiddnapped daughter,Ashley. Ovarall I think this game gets a 9.9
Graphics: 9.7
Story: 9.3
Multplayer:-
single palyer: 10
Gameplay: 10
Presantation: 9.5

I have to be up front about one thing going forward: I was not a Resident Evil fan. I thought the scare factor was overrated, and from others' accounts, the controls never matched neither the series' graphics nor its ambition. In the interest of full disclosure, I had never played a Resident Evil game myself. RE4 held me enraptured within the first five minutes: The moody setting, the strange village inhabitants, and the everyman cool and witty banter of Leon S. Kennedy marked this game as something immediately special. Resident Evil 4 is noteworthy on several counts: The gameplay is sterling, and using the Wii remote to pop zombies and other creatures of the night feels as natural as could be. Reloading and knife slashing are serviceable, and the waggle factor is never so cumbersome as to be noticeable, but rather is used subtly to great effect. The game is still one of the prettiest on Wii, and the audio is superb, setting a mood that is at once both suspenseful and jarring. Character dialogue is top-notch, with Mr. Kennedy's parts stealing the show. In terms of overall design, the game is a lengthy 15-20 hours long, if one sticks to the main quest only, and is well balanced in terms of exploration, action, and "other" sequences, including the dreaded escort missions, which quite honestly in this game are not so unpalatable as in other games with this feature. Plenty of goodies such as the Ada Wong missions only add to the game's value, though most will first and foremost relish the main quest. I do not have enough superlatives to describe the overall experience; perhaps the highest praise I can give the game is that I constantly itch to pop it back in my Wii and go Leon Kennedy on the undead.
