picked up pokemon diamond and pearl when they were released,8 am,fired it up and was instantly impressed,the controls were solid and the game fealt familiar and new at the same time,as i progressed through the game it fealt like i wasnt a new trainer but rather a vet in a new land (which i am,10 years pokemon player),for example the new import ur pokemon from ur gba games feature isnt simple they have u recapture ur pokemon in a special park,nice,if anyone is considering this game as a way to get into pokemon i suggest going through ruby,saphire,fire red or leaf green first to get used to pokemon,then get this,its not hard,but ull get a better feel for the franchise if u play one of the gba games first,i look forward to future innovative pokemon games like this one,keep em commin

Before i start this review, I have to say NaNaPO, your a little douche bag you spammed up the reviews and you suck NO ONE READ HIS REVIEWS. Ok let's get started. Pokemon Diamond, so highly addictive,so much to do,so many Pokemon to collect. This game, is going to be an awesome game for ages to come. I love it, everyone who has bought most likely love it, this is an absolute must buy Pokefan or not. Your goal in this game is to get all the gym badges,collect some awesome pokemon, or just try to take on Dialga or Palkia. Your start of with a kick ass new pokemon and so does your rival (named by you). He obviously picks a Pokemon stronger than yours but if you train you pwn him easily as I did. This game will keep you hooked for months, it has a great replay value and its all fun. Everything is awesome about this game. Buy it DS owners I highly recomend it.
