This game is a fun, extremely addicting, and is just amazing. I remember the old pokemon games and playing them for hours and hours until you finally have to sleep. It is surprising that someone can actually catch all of the pokemon in the entire series, it's just astounding. I did catch all of the pokemon in Blue (with the exeption of Mew, who I can't get) but sometimes I wonder if there is too many pokemon. Anyway, the world is massive with all different places to explore and trainers to fight, and it seems neverending. The graphics are decent, nothing to say much about, but the game is one that many different gamers should try out!

Diamond is way better than Pearl becauce there are more cheats to use with the Action Replay. To prove that you just need to look online for both Daimond and Pearl.

The Pokemon Pearl version is the game that I enjoy the most out of what own so far because of the way that it utilizes the dual/touch screen (especially in the underground).
diamond and pearl are awesome!

The wealth of new pokemon is great and all but it kind of gets an empty feeling after you beat it. Also, it isn't the best because (in my opinion) really gold/silver/crystal was because it was the only one with 2 sets of gyms, not one but 2 sets of gyms. That alone brought it down some. And after you beat the game, it almost feels like a hallow in the game. the graphics are ok, gameplay is the same, but it has some good flaws like if you look in that cave for a Gible, your better off trying to get your pokemon to lvl 125. It's a good game but lacks some major components.

This pokemon game is pretty good. It has most of the things that are needed in a good pokemon game. It includes many new features and many new pokemon. But sometimes new can be bad. This game has too many new things to make it not act like a good pokemon game. the new music sucks and you cant follow it, it mixes cartoon animation with crappy computer graphics, and most of the new pokemon are horrible. There are only 2 fire pokemon in the whole game and there are too many bug pokemon. I think that before making this game they should have remade gold and silver as they did with red and blue.

im giving it a one because it sucked ass from the begining, was pointless, and the the battles put me to sleep. Nintendo has driven the Original Pokemon down!! It was alright with the 150, then the 250 came out and it was kind of eh...after that, it all went down hill. Its a bit much have more than 450 or whatever the # is right now dont you think?
i did not like it

I've always enjoyed the Pokemon series. When I heard this was only gonna be on DS I was kinda mad, but then realized I could buy it and play it on my brother's DS. I was more pulled into these games than the other Pokemon games, eventually leading to my non-stop addiction to the oh-so-loveable Pokemon. Must-buy for DS owners, no matter what age.
