cool

if you like hack and slash games this is the one it has all the blood you need, the only bad thing is the load times can be long and the graphics are not that good but that gives its on appeal. the controls are the best so far on the wii. if you are looking for a good game for the wii this is it. so go get it and try it out.

Great game

This game is on the Wii and guess what its bloody and rated M. Who said the Wii was all Child-ish? Sure it is, but this games begs to differ. This game starts as the Star character, Travis, is the 11th Top Assasin. As he fights for rank 1 he keeps in mind what the prize is, Pleasure. lol. The controls are the best but they are good and well used, as Recharging your beam Katana, lol. The graphics is passable for the wii. The gameplay is like GTA but you hold in your hands a Beam Katana. As you fight your Final blow will end with a swing of your wii mote, which is great. Wii owners should check this out.

No More Heroes

This is definetly a winner for the Wii. I had my doubts about this game but I bought it anyway and it did not disappoint. This game is very fun and action oriented. If you are a skeptic, give this game a rent to try it out. Your rent may turn into a purchase.

Its Blood, Gore, and a sword! and its Suda 51!

The story is really difficult(like the ending) but i have to say, but hes an assassin(number 11) and you have to kill 10 other people to earn number 1 to impress this girl. The Gameplay and the controls is great cause A is to slash, B is to do wrestling moves, z to block and lock, and the gameplay is wow sword clashs are fun(by shaking the wiimote) Wrestling moves(by telling which way it tells you where to move). The game sounds is alright the sword sound like a lightsaber(but its a beam katana)and i'm saying the person that suits Travis, and Silvia sound sreally great as voice actors. Alright now its time for the Pros and Cons: Pros:How you save How you fight Bosses Its Game parordy and Star Wars parordy Cons:Easy part-time jobs And some other stuff. Thats the end of my review

fun graphic game

This is a game about a young assasin searching for money and well...sex.He is started off as rank 11 and he is desperate to become number 1. I believe this is a great game and yes,it's worth the money. If you were to describe this game in one sentence it would probably be something like this. a very bloody, gory, actiony, funny, crazy, HELL, just play it! I think it's a great game.

No More Awsomeness, more like it

Best wii game so far. (Well, until SSBB) Like a GTA for nintendo, this takes it to the next level. You play Travis Touchdown, a anime-watching, babe-chasing, and violent loudmouth. His sense of Justice is little to none at best, and his reason for fighting is "to be #1." His trusty energy sword by his side, he slaughters henchmen and assasins alike. Bloody and violent, yet great 'till the end. Play it.

Worth The Money

bought the game on saturday, i had 10 bucks in rewards zones points from best buy and also a 10% off coupon so i got it for like 36 bucks or something ----it is awesome, the combat is really cool............you can select 2 difficulties up front, sweet and mild.....mild is medium and makes the combat much more intricate, of course i picked mild cuz that was the hardest difficulty the combat kicks ass, you have a high or low stance depending on how you hold the wii mote...........hold it facing a downward angle for the lower stance and hold it in an upward angle for the high stance. there's awesome wrestling moves too, where you lift up the nunchuck and wii mote to do a suplex....and later on you get other awesome moves done similarly there's also a beam katana counter, where you literally move the wiimote (like a sword) fast around in circle motions to get the counter........really cool and quite a work out after like 3 hours now ign trashed the side quests and shit, but it's awesome...........................there's a semi gta3 feel to it, the city's graphics are not great but the controls of your chopper bike are awesome, the power slide done with q quick tilt of the wii mote, you can lift the wii mote also to jump in the bike......it's awesome also there are silly side jobs you have to do like collect coconuts or cut grass.....but the mingames are fun and then your employer gives you a "letter" to get your next assassination side jobs to make cash you can also customize your character's wardrobe, and get new beam katanas and upgrades.......you can go to a trainer and do cool work out sessions to increase your health and strength --mind you most of these are not necessary since after doing 1 or 2 jobs you have enough money to enter the next ranked match..................there's 10 bosses you have to kill collecting trading cards hidden on levels, or orbs in the city is like assassins creed and crack down a bit you dont have to do it but if you buy the game, it's nice to take you time and do shit like that also you can pet your cat jeanne like in nintendogs if you want to, the gore is awesome and there's a definite japanese style that is "real" when you die a funny picture comes up with some anime chicks, which are also on your tshirt....great game..........9/10

Slice and dice your way to the top

The Wii, for all its motion sensing controls and all the hype about how it would make gaming more realistic, hasn't had a spotless record. (Read: Red Steel was absolute garbage.) Now, though, "No More Heroes" has arrived. Equal parts classic Atari, Kill Bill, and Grand Theft Auto, "No More Heroes" is a delightfully offbeat game with a wicked sense of humor, one that will have you begging for more and may just restore your faith in the Wii's ability to put out a decent swordfighting game. The story is laughable, yet it doesn't draw focus from the game itself - to impress a girl, you, Travis Touchdown, kill the top assassins in the world to make it all the way to the top. Number 1 assassin. And you didn't know they kept a leaderboard. The game itself has you alternately running around town, GTA-style, doing odd jobs - some of which involve killing people - so you can earn enough money to compete against the next assassin, and fighting through waves of baddies to reach a series of marathon boss battles. The controls, unlike the ill-fated Red Steel (also released by Ubisoft), call for you not to swing the WiiMote haphazardly to imitate a real sword, but instead to button-mash using the A button. Once your opponent is knocked down to no health, you swing the WiiMote in the direction shown onscreen to perform a devastating finisher, which leads to a very over-the-top blood splatter, a la "Kill Bill." And if that wasn't enough spoofing, everything is reminiscent of the good old 8-bit days. The health monitor is a heart comprised of large, blocky pixels. The ranking menu brings Galaga to mind. Even some of the sound effects remind you of the old arcades. But none of that matters if the game is lousy. So is it? No way. This is one of the better Wii games out there. That might not mean a lot by itself, but it's good enough that it could easily be one of the best games on, say, the PS3. Enjoy. Or else I'll slice you with my Beam Katana on Multiplayer. Oh, that's right. There is no multiplayer. Kinda disappointing, but that's about all I can say that's bad about this game.

Wow

I haven't played a game that made me feel like this one did in a long time. The story and humor are pure genius, that's all I can say about that. Like Kill Bill Vol. 1 or Vol.2 ?? Then buy this game now !! The combat is so over the top and it fits the game so perfectly. I sold almost every Wii game I owned cause of the lack of true quality gameplay and I now only own this and Galaxy. The blood in this game was done so perfectly and the no boss battles are the most memorable in recent history. The open world sucks badly but I can forgive that cause it was only made for traveling and not interacting. The story also sets it up to be like that cause the people you are after have turned the town into a shit hole. The bloody combat is pure gaming bliss.

no more holy heroes

suda 51 is a freak'in master mind for making no more heroes. its so intense from all the damn blood and screaming it makes it one of the most wanted games for wii to date. not only is it gorey but its almost as funier than a frat boy taking a dump on his hot ass girlfriends chest while shes asleep. pretty close though. it deserves 10/10's, 5/5's, and game of the year. but other wise travis touchdown makes me think he a flippin pimp boyee.
