Spectrobes is a must for the DS, its initiative gameplay will bring out fans from all over the place.It has simple controls, so no honest "mastering" is required. This game is great for people just looking for a game that has that certain something that an RPG needs. The basic point of the game is you play as the main charcter Rallen, who has the power of ancient creatures called Spectrobes. These spectrobes fight alongside you in battle as you make your journey through the game. You must dig up these spectrobes with the touch screen and awaken them by voice activation. This game was suprisingly intresting, it had what most games dont and that's customization. While you cant customize your main charcter, you do however have control over the appearance of your spectrobes. Which is actually fun as you go through the game. Overall this game has a well worth playing put-together, its intresting idea is defiently worth trying atleast. I would reccomend this game to anyone intrested in something new, other than your "hack and slash" games, give it a shot and IKU ZE!

Now look I love a DS game as much as the next next person but this game looks like all it has is good graphic's and people who made Kingndom Hearts 1 & 2 (wow so impressive NOT!!) the only reason Refuse to give it a REALLY LOW score is because it doe look like it use's the stylus pretty well but who would Honestly want to look like the are giving a blow job to a monster(LMFAO) but honestly we are in a day and age where everybody was awaitng to see to Pokemon Diamond & Pearl Would Live up to the hype in which it did so really it was just a bad release date that kept this game from getting a good score I will the ppl who made this game a little advice release an Anime or Manga that kids would actually like & make a better Spectrobes game I am sorry if ppl who read this review do not like this score but I cannot let it by with a passing score sorry!!

I really didn't like this game at all. The Idea was a good one, but I thought the graphics sucked even for a ds game, the controls were really wierd, the story was boring at least to me and the only thing that was interesting for a time was the special attacks.

A really great game. Not the pokemon clone that I was expecting. The finishing moves you unlock towards the end are pretty insane.
