I though that Project 8 was better than the other installments. Nail the Trick was awesome. I want the new one to be good but it isn't reviewed for PS2 on here.

Project 8 has some of the best graphics I've seen in a while. Its gameplay functions are top-notch and gameplay possibilities are almost endless.

It's Tony Hawk's latest project, named.. well Project 8. The object of the game is to get on Tony's team by being the top skater of America. The controls are easy, fun, and nicely put in the game. The matrix like feature is pretty wicked too. The graphics are what you'd expect for a tony hawk game. Now the actualy gameplay is a little bland. I mean all you do is ollie this, tre flip that, find that secret spot, find a gap, etc etc. It's not a classi like the older tonay hawks, so I'm gonna have to go with a 3.75 out of 5.
as fun as doing kickflips!

this game is awesome, the controls are exactly the same as all of the other tony hawk games before this one. the really good thing about this game is the create a character mode, it is actually fairly easy to do, and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. the downside to this game is that there is no create a park, which is a bummer since there are no real half pipes to skate on in the whole game, but aside from that fact, there are many levels beautifly detailed and designed for skating, though some can be small they are still fun. and, there are lots of characters too! so go have some fun, and enjoy Tony Hawk's Project 8, today!
The best Tony Hawk game out so far

Tony Hawk's Project 8 is a awesome hit! Truely this game out did its self. Althought their are some minor flaws, that aren't a big deal. Tony Hawk's Project 8 is the best skater game yet.

I would give the game a 5.0 but there are to fiew areas but the graphics are unmached by any other tony hawk game out there, they should have put more of the pros in it or atleast some of the old school skaters like the loards of dogtown or at least just tony alva i mean come on the selection on everything is to short especaly when making a person but if thats not your thing and short selection dosent bother you then this game is a 4.75 but as for me i say 4.25.

Tony Hawks Project 8. The newest game in the Tony Hawk series. Here are some good and bad things about this game. Graphics: The graphics seem almost the same from American Wasteland, but the ground textures look a bit more pixely. One explanation, is if you look at who published it, Neversoft isn't in there! Neversoft DIDN'T work on this game. I've only heard the company Shaba from the Playstation 1 THPS3. This explains why a lot of features were left out. Sounds: Great sounds, makes you feel like you were really skating in the game. Especially if you got a subwoofer :) Features: Other than Nail-The-Trick, THP8 left out a lot of feature from American Wasteland. 1. You can't spray paint 2. It has to load every level 3. Instead of using the up-down buttons on the D-Pad, THP8 tells you to use the Square button! This creates a lot of problems when you are going to hit the manual button early. It makes you do a flip trick Once again, we turn to Neversoft not helping develop this game! Thats about it, I still recomend this game, but just be weary that its not as good as previous titles.
