This game doesnt really have a whole lot goin for it other than The dunk contest which has been watered down over the past years. The gameplay is very slow and choppy compared to rival Nba 2k7. The graphics are lacking as are the "juke" moves for instance how many times do you see kobe bryant stripped for the ball. Another thing too like seeing steve nash dunk the ball. Overall the game is very unrealistic and should not be played unless you plan on torturing somebody.

I rented this game because basketball games get too boring to buy. So i played it before 2k7 i think this is a crappy game kind of but i was mad at my self for not getting 2k7 instead because i have heard all these great reviews about l2k7. But after renting 2k7 also there is not much difference they both get boring the only thing on a plus is the xbox live setup and finding a match, the shootaround at the beggining or the loading and the easy way of getting through the screens.

This by far the worst basketball game i played in years and to be a next gen this really sucks everything is just not right about this game go play 2K7 it is afar more better game 2K cares about what they put out.

The best thing this game has going for it is the graphics. The physics and realism are way off. Shaq misses dunks and Allen Iverson can't make layups. The AI rarely plays defense, but it is still difficult to make shots. You might want to look elsewhere for a basketball game.

i remember back in the day..i could not wait for the next NBA live game to come out. now its different.. i don't know what happened to the series but it has been going down hill for sometime now.. i think ea is too busy trying to catch up to 2k and copying 2k.. and not staying true to what live use to be.. and there's so many glitches... the graphics are top notch though..i think the graphics's are slightly better on live 07 than in 2k7... its an OK game if you can some how ignore the glitches and stuff... a lot of live fans are disappointed
