this is an extremly fun game the story is great and i like that you can buy many great items. its a great game i suggest buying it.

Personally I loved this game and if you are a castlevania fan you will too You start off as Johnathan with the vampire killer whip which is basically the worst weapon in the game until you are 3/4 through the game and you have the chance to unlock its power and make it the most powerful in the game The levels are a challenge its like walking around a giant maze on several levels but it adds to the fun The graphics have a mixture of 3D and that old 16 bit feel to it overall it is a great game and I recommend that you buy it

I love this new castlevania. The best part about it is the feel of the game. When I am running through the level with a big stick whacking bad guys i get all warm and fuzzy inside. I think the best part of the game is the way they integrated the use of playiong two characters at once. It is painless to switch back and forth between characters or use both. The graphics aren't the greatest but at the same time they are better than i could expect and adds to the whole nes feel. Everything about the game is as good as you can expect except maybe the amount of time it takes to actually reload the game when you die. Even at that the game over screen has that element of finality that all games had back then. There were no save points so it keeps with the whole spirit of old time gameplay. A+

PoR is a really good game. Being able to switch in between your two main characters. The story is good, and the boss fights are still really good. It is one of the ds games out there

its a good game with a classic castlevania formula and the double charecter addition and online play keeps it fresh but not fresh enough... it also seems a tad harder than aria of sorrow for gba.
