Oh, Cooking Mama... what a great game to play on long car rides or flights. It's simple, sweet, and interactive.

I'm not sure who originally came up with the idea of a cooking video game but there have been a steady stream of them since this and I can see why. Now let me just say that I don't like cooking. I actually hate it, but in a video game, when you don't have to clean up or deal with burnt food it is actually entertaining. The great DS controls really make this game work, from chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and cooking.
The main problem with this game, that newer games have overcome, is that you don't really have a goal. You don't feel like you are working towards something. And there is no strategy. That is not to say that Cooking Mama isn't fun though. So if you like the innovative controls of the DS and have sometime on your hands check out Cooking Mama and discover your inner chef.

This is actually.......Good. Its fun to play, and guess what, I can finally cook. lol. You might think this is a stupid game, but I actually enjoyed myself, but I dont know about buying. So if you have the extra cash, you can rent it or buy it.

What the hell is this all about. Is this for the boredest gamer ever? I would give this game a Zero if it would let me.

i have it, it is fun........... and you can cook on it.......... so if i had to ever rate this game i would give it a 4.0 or higher

this is the wordt game of this decade I mean come on who likes to cook anyway. The girl looks wierd and how would multiplayer work anyways. it would be a stupid cookoff where niether of them win because thay don't want to hurt the 3 year olds feelings when they play it.

First cooking game to the DS,and I love it!!!I havent played it yet but I saw a review on Tv,and I wanted it ,and I still want it!!!

that reminds me of those barbie cookie ovens.. i always wanted to get one when i was younger.. cuz i wanted to make cookies.. made me mad when they didnt come out for a hotwheels or G.I. Joe cookie maker..
