You guys are completly wrong about the wii, sure they have "kiddie" games (which I prefer to call family games) but they also have all the mature games too! think zelda, metroid prime, no more heroes, and all the war games like world at war, plus the future games the conduit, madworld, and the 2nd no more heroes! now you might say "but all those games have bad graphics that makes the game not mature!" well I say that zelda and metroid have some of the best graphics on the wii, world at war is insanly bloody (NOT for kids), madworld may be black and white but the color red is in the game also (if you know what I mean), and then there is the conduit which is said to have graphics equal to xbox 360 and ps3. some other great things about the wii are its mii's (avatars), sure they aren't as detailed as xbox's avatars (ps3's Home is just pathetic) but they are fun to make and they appear in games somtimes too (wii sports, wii play, wii fit, wii music, mario kart wii). Another great thing is the wii shop channel, where you can buy an everlasting line of different channels (a lot are free), hundreds of retro games (all the mega mans), and hundreds of new downloadable games like the strong bad games and mega man 9! so there, IN YOU FACE WII HATERS! bet you cannot talk back to that! the wii deserves a 5 star rating but it won't let me give it a 5 star rating, sorry for the inconvienence

The Wii's graphics are noticeably better than the gamecube's, believe it or not, but not as good as the 360, duh. But at my age, having grown up with the NES and SNES, the graphics are beyond anything I was used to and I rather have the small form factor. It's funny how 2 years ago some people were playing PS2 and then 6 months later all of a sudden were acting as if Wii's graphics were painful to the eyes. I wonder if those people burned their ps2 since to them it must have become utterly unusable overnight when the PS3 came out. Metroid Prime 3 is my favorite game, SM Galaxy is its most revolutionary game. The graphics are an improvement over last gen, but it's best to play on sd tv.

A bit of a late review, but I have nothing better to do at the moment. I'm just going to cut right to the chase. Nintendo's Wii makes up for its inferior graphics by incorporating different artistic styles (most notably Cel-Shading) into their games. The hard ware is ok. Poor hard-storage will hit Wii users in the future, but compared to the PS3 and Xbox 360, the system has far less glitches and bugs. Great thought was put into the design of the Wii-Mote. It's unique style has already lead other company's to attempt at making a spin-off of the controller. As of now there is a great selection of games out on the Wii, and you can expect some big releases in the future. If you are looking for an affordable gaming system and something new, give the Wii a try.

BEST game system EVER! even though it doesn't have the best graphics it has the funnest games. my favorite game so far is MARIO KART Wii it is insanely awesome.

i was very disappointed... kiddie games, they never get games sony and micro get like the orange box, crappy controls

the wii is the best system out. it is the only next gen system too. the controls are reall cool and fun. the online and multiplayer are getting better, but are ok. you can download tons of games from the 64, nes, snes, genesis, touebographix, and the neogeo. it is a must have system. the only down side is the graphics, there just ok. overall its a gret system.

This system is a revolution for consols.The controls and the interactivity is really cool but the graphics still look like last gen and is kinda of a disappointment.But the games are pretty cool and i'm sure there are lots more to come.Good job Nintendo.

Nintenod Wii: It's the only next-gen console that allows the player to use motion-sensored controls. This console can be one of the most successful consoles ever. And the games, man they are some of the best. Some of the games out there are Mario Strikers Charged, Metroid Prime 3, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy, and the list goes on. That's why I'm giving the Wii a 5 out of 5.

this is the first consle to have a remote control all other consels have analog conrols so i told everyone to buy this one it is awesome and also my friends enjoyed it but i should have millions of games like the pc has. but i liked it
