For right now, this is the best Madden NFL game on the 360. But, like most sports games from EA this year, something is missing. In Madden NFL 08 they need to finally take advantage of that ESPN license they have. They need to incorporate Monday Night Football and player interviews into the game. The gameplay can not be improved much anymore, and it doesnt need it either. NFL Countdown and other shows should also be incorporated somehow. Add more depth to Superstar mode by getting to control your superstar by earning priveleges to appear on national, local, or regional sports talk shows or countdowns, and gain influence, confidence, or hall of fame credit. For right now, this is the best football game out there.

Still graphically awesome, but the game play is now overshadowed by player's ability to do trick plays to dominate the game. A friend of mine has perfected the onside kick so he gets the ball every time. Real football ain't like that, so why should Madden be like that...not a big fan anymore.

I never got last years Madden because I heard how disappointing it was but I gave it some slack since it seemed to be a rush job for the Xbox 360. I bought this years Madden 07 and was disappointed. There are too many things missing for me to over look. How is the title of the game Madden and Madden himself is not in it at all. They could have at least had neutral announcers but you always hear a brodcast from the same guy for every team's station radio. The graphics are a good up close but you play majority of the game from far away. One of my favorite features in the Madden series was that you could create you team and stadium scratch which I thought would have been killer graphics wize on the next gen but its missing in this years Madded. The game play is still good but the lack of the game, holds it back

I have been playing Madden Football since 1994. So far the best game has been Madden 2005. Of the two 360 versions, I must say that 2006 was awful, due in part to the QB cone device, and 2007 is a bit better but does not match 2005. Everyone is going nuts over the graphics on Madden 2006/7 for the 360. Well I don't care about the graphics if the game is missing some of the features that I grew to love. How can there be less features on a game built for the 360, which is a next generation console, and supposedly faster and more powerful. Where is the Football 101 feature? Where is the selectable camera view? Where are my toggleable lines for scrimmage and 1st down? Where are the select by number or name for the players? How come I can't save at any time? Why should I have to play an entire game (impossible when you are married with kids ,like I am) before I can save a game? What makes this a $60.00 next generation game? If the answer is the graphics , then I would rather play with black and white Xs and 0s, but have all the features that I asked about. Game manufacturers have to realize that games are not just played by wide eyed teenagers, who are easily excited by nice colors. I play Madden for the strategy and challenge. For $60.00 I really expect more not less from a next generation game.

Madden 07 on the 360 is a very big improvement from the 06 version. Everything they left out last year is in the 07 version. You can turn QB vision on or off. They made the computer a little thougher on the ALL-MADDEN level. Only problem that I'm having is I haven't figured out how to do a hot route. If you love MADDEN this is a must own title.

THis game is so much batter than than last year. What makes this game different from every other madden is that, every littel thing you do is recorded; every pass you make and yard you gain is recorded. That is Awsome!!!

this game suck. when online you can not challeneg a play and no replays. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT. THE NFL gave them License, and this is the best they could do. SAD SAD SAD shame on you EA

After last years disappointment, I had very high hopes for this years only 360 football game. Needless to say, EA let me down again!!Let me start by saying my favorite thing about last years game was the close in camera angle. It definately felt Next-Gen. I loved the way it made you feel like you were down on the field, actually playing in the game(only during a running play). It also showed off the games incredible graphics. My only complaint was that the camera zoomed way to far out on a pass play, and if you zoomed out using the receiver or coach cam, there was no way to zoom it back in before the snap,WTF???? All EA had to do was fix the problems with the camera, giving us all the different camera options(which includes a 100% customizable user cam), available in the current-gen version of the game, and they would have had the best football game ever made. Unfortunately Ea Fumbled the ball in a major way. The camera angle is this years biggest dissapointment. The camera angle has been moved so far back, that the game no longer looks next-gen. The game now looks like the same game I've been playing on the current-gen systems for the last 6 years. what good are next-gen graphics when the camera is so far back, you cant even notice them. The only time the game looks next-gen,is during the between play cutscenes, or when you do a manual replay. EA this year,has actually taken a step back in innovation. The most frustrating thing about the camera(afterall, Madden has had terrible camera angles in the past), is that there are no options that allow you to go and change it. I can't imagine under any circumstance, how these simple options, that have been available in both the Madden and 2k series for years, could be left out of a so called next-gen game for the second straight year. Totally inexcusable. I expect more from a next-gen game, not less, ecspecially when the game is more expensive than the current-gen version. This is the last time I ever buy a Madden game before renting it first!!! I think overall, NFL 2k5 is still the best football game ever made, and lightyears ahead of Madden(STILL)in innovation, and presentation. I still cant believe Madden has no Halftime show, No Postgame show, No Highlights, No ESPN Sportscenter weekly updates, No Chris Bermen, heck they don't even have Madden and Micheals calling the game anymore, What a huge letdown. I still could have got over all that, if they just would have had an adjustable camera. What a shame!!! The only thing that I do like about this version of Madden, and the only thing that kept me from returning it, Is the addition of the Superstar Mode. This mode actually is innovative. It uses next-gen camera angles that are missing from the regular game. You actually feel like you are playing your superstars position. Unfortunately, you can only use these great new camera angles when your player is on the field, and for his position only. All the rest of the time you must play the game, using the same old 1995, playstation 1, blimp cam, they been using for the last decade. The worst part is you cant even call your own plays. Oh Well, at least for a few moments you get a feel for what a Next-Gen Football game could've/should've been, and hopefully a glimpse into the future. I wish EA Sports would have never gotten exclusive rights to the NFL. I cant even imagine how great NFL 2k7 would have been on Next-Gen hardware. Thanks for nothing EA.

The 360 version sucks. no defensive playmaker. no fantasy draft, no edit roster, no smart routes, no owner mode. the 360 should have all the bell and whistles. EA has no comp. they knew 2k was better and cheaper thats why they bought the rights. ncaa 07 for the 360 sucks too, ro running game and all the qb's are vince young.

this is a must have. there r so many improvements from 06 on the 360. The graphics r great and the new different superstar mode is unique and pretty cool because its pretty different from the rest of the game, because u only play as u. So its not like 06 where u would contsanly run if ur a RB or only pass if ur a wide reciever, it got boring after a few seasons and just started simulating, thi time its not like that.
