Awesome game, now we can all feel like gods of rock.

Yes even the instrumentally challenged like myself are able to enjoy the satisfaction of rocking out. Even better songs than the first one, and sweet new characters make this a beautiful game. Can't wait to play it on my 360 as well.

Guitar hero 2

I really liked this game. It was different from other games (except its predessesor) in the sense that you were actually playing guitar. The game was just as challenging as it should have been. Although I thought it could have used some different songs (war pigs is a big no no). Other than that, I would give this gave a 4.50..... out of 5.

Ruckin focks

An awesome game. If you want a party game this is the one. The songs rock the grafics are to die for and the fun never stops. You can buy guitars and clothes for your guitar heros and even buy more guitar heros. Training makes everything easyer.

Let's Rock!

Awesome, thats all I can say. The added 2-player co-op moder with the bass line was perfect. So you want to be in a rock band? You wanna burn up those frets? Think again. This game starts out easy, and gets harder(duh). From the like of Message in a Bottle to Sweet Child o' Mine, to the famous Freebird, this game has it all. A very good follow-up to the first installment. DDR is cool with your feet and all, but this game allows you to play a guitar in a rock band. Hit the fret buttons as the notes come down, and your on your way to being a sensation. Go career and earn money to buy new characters and guitars. Go head to head with a friend, or co-op with that friend and have a combined score. This game is addictive and fun. Dragged me away from World of Warcraft for almost a week. A must buy for any music enthusiast. Or rock and roll lover.

Guitar Hero 2: It Will Rock Your World

Guitar Hero 2 is the perfect game for both hardcore gamers and casual gamers. It is also a great game for wannabe rockstars... or really anyone with an appreciation for music. With a huge setlist of songs, you are bound to find plenty of songs that you enjoy. The learning curve on Guitar Hero is small. Just about anyone with a sense of rhythm can pick this game up and hold his/her own on easy mode. But the true perfection of Guitar Hero 2 is that it accomplished what every game should do; easy to learn, but challenging to master. The controls are great, and while the graphics aren't stunning, it truly captures the wackiness and fun of rock n' roll...plus, it's all about the music anyways. Any game that can make a geeky gamer feel like a rock star is a great game to me.

Ready to Shred Once More?

If you thought the first Guitar Hero was a blast, then you'll sure as hell have a load of fun with this game. Guitar Hero is back, and better than before. New songs, new characters, and new guitars. You'll have to progress far in the game's career mode to get more songs. These include epics like Sweet Child Of Mine and You Really Got Me. I think I speak for everyone when I say this game has some kick ass songs. But enough listening to it, you get to play it. There is a massive array of guitars and characters to choose from. Whatever looks suits you, you can pick. There are also many difficulties for people of different skill levels. Easy for beginners, Medium for players that have mastered most easy songs, Hard for experienced players, and Expert if you have some truly magical fingers and really know whow to shred it up. You can play career mode on any difficulty you want. The higer the difficulty, the higher the reward. Cold hard cash. That can be used to unlock guitars, songs, and characters. So if you want all the songs, you'll have to do a bit of purchasing with your prize money. The guitars in this game look great, especially when your chosen character is playing with them in the background. Different styles to suit anyone. Some have to be unlocked of course and there are some pretty sweet models in the store. With all of these new features and songs, Guitar Hero II glorifies the series, which is sure to grow. We can expect a lot more from Guitar Hero in the coming years, and it is evident in this game, that they will be some sweet titles. Happy shredding!

radder than rad

i have had the pleasure of playing this game for the last couple of days and have been extremely satisfied. the co-op mode is pretty cool, since you can have the different players at different difficulty levels. the only annoying thing is, the bass play is *much* easier than the guitar play - so i had to level up to hard from medium to when i played bass make it interesting. the songs are good, still missing journey. but the addition of kansas 'carry on' was a huge coup for me. hope you enjoy.
