the greatest DS game ever!!!!!!

Like the title says this game is great! The story is unusually long-I expected to beat it half as quick then I actually did. The touch screen controls are tight but the jumping could use an assigned button-but it is still a great game.

Best DS game of '07 at least

I haven't seen a DS game that has been as fun as this one in a very very long time. It is so fun and creative I could play it a hundred times over. I liked everything about it, the way you travel, how you use your large variety of weapons, etc... the list goes on. It was definitely a true Zelda game, very true to the series.

Phantom HourGlass

Truly an awesome game with a great story and gameplay ,. but the touch screen controls as cools as they are get annoying after 20 hrs or so ,. I was left wishing I could at least control Links movements with the D-pad.

The best yet, or close to it.

This game almost deserves a 5, but lacks by a bit. The game is definitely a great, better than Windwaker I think. One thing that I don't like about it though, is the controls for some moves. Whenever I wanted to roll I always would have a hard time making circles in the sides of the screens. You have to make them right on the very edge or else Link wouldn't roll. Also, some of the minigames, dungeons and puzzles were just way to easy. I like games where I actually have to think. Some of them were challenging or complexing like where you have to close the DS in order to copy the wind temple. This game though, on the good side, is a great game. The mic is used very well to blow candles out and talk to people. Also, the dungeons, yet some being easy, are really fun. The bosses require some thinking as to whether you have to do one thing from another. The game also strayed away from the same final boss, Ganon. Since taking place after Windwaker, Ganon is already dead, thank god. The weapons are also cool now sice they are used based on the touch screen. Finally, the Ocean King's Temple, before you get the phantom sword, adds a splinter cell like twist to it where you have to sneak past the phantoms. Overall, this game deserves right below the 5.

The Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass

Easily one of the greatest hand held video games of all time, if not the best. I easily give it a 5.0 out of 5.0.

Phantom Hourglass Review

This is a definite must-have game in your DS library. The graphics were simply amazing when I first played it!! The controls put a good use to the DS features, using the stylus to control Link around. The only downfall about that is, they don't have an option to use the d-pad. The storyline as usual, consists of Link having to rescue Princess Zeld (Tetra). Unlike Windwaker, moving your boat around is no longer a chore! Instead, you have to make a route using the stylus to draw it. They won't let you off too easy though, along the way you have to watch out for traps and nasty sea-creatures! This sequel will keep you busy until the next adventure.

The Legend Lives On

Here we go again... Zelda has been abducted by the grim hands of evil and our blond, sword swinging friend in green is back to rescue her. The Phantom Hourglass is a great addition to the Zelda family and the DS library. It boasts the power of the DS by making players use all of the interactive aspects of the system. So be prepared to look silly swishing your stylus and talking to your in public. The storyline, music, Wind Waker-style design, mini-games, and puzzles give this game the perfect mix of challenge, fun and visual pleasure. That and the fact that this game is Wi-Fi capable offers players hours of wonderful game play. On a less-than-positive note, some aspects of the game tend to become repetative at times. Also, the controls are a bit tricky at first, but they become second nature after an hour or so of playing. Overall, The Phantom Hourglass is probably the best Zelda game next to Twilight Princess. I definitely recommend it for anyone with a DS or anyone thinking about getting a DS.
