Alright, this months game is Legend Of Zelda The Phantom Hourglass. What can I say about this game that has not been said about other Zelda games? Almost nothing. Everything you would expect is still there with little additions. They do add puzzles using the mic and stylus. Then that adds another problem. Sometimes you have no idea what to do. Sometimes it will tell you to do something that you would think you would only be doing in the game that involves you to do in real life. (IE Close the DS or scream into the mic.)
With that complaint out of the way it does have some good features like drawing a path for your boomerang. Plus you have a mouse like bomb that you can guide across levels. You can draw a path for you boat but all that rship riding is boring. You will see blue... and blue... and blue.... and then an enemy... and then more blue.
The fighting all involves the stylus so there is no button pressing. You just tap an enemy for a basic attack on them and you swing it around to attack with a spin. And it you finish the side quest you get the swordsman's scroll which makes it so that if you spin a lot you will spin with a very strong attack. The enemies are fun to fight and sometimes need creative ways to beat them.
Something REALLY new in this game is stealth. There are some unbeatable creatures (well until you have the Phantoms Sword) in one part of the game that you must sneak past. Which adds a whole new play type. It adds safe zones so you can escape.
You will encounter a lot of wacky characters who will make you laugh. Just like past LoZ characters. All of this game is fun if you look past the puzzle difficulty. And for anyone who has a DS you should pick this game up

This game couldn't have turned out better. It is by far my favorite DS game. The multiplayer is amazing! You can battle with someone with your same skill level around the world or just in N. America. You can also register friend codes to play with your very best friends. The singleplayer was fun but sometimes left me guessing like most Zelda games do. Also when you are playing battle mode with another person you can exchange items. This game is definetly worth buying.
Greatest DS game yet?

If you're a Zelda lover, you need to buy the Phantom Hourglass. This is the only game saga that I don't try before I buy, I can always count on Shigeru Miyamoto to design the best Nintendo games. If you are not a Zelda lover, you will after buying this game. The touch screen is the only control on this game, some things in this game are simple, others are complex to a certain degree. (catching Neptuna for me.) Overall, this is the best game i've played for the DS yet, I highly reccomend it to all people young and old.

I believe that The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is probably one of the best DS games I have played. It follows the gameplay of the previous Zelda titles and, obviously, improves on the graphics compared to other handheld Zelda games. For starters, if the use of a touch screen and stylus doesn't pique your interest right off the bat, the 3D cell-shaded look of the game should turn your head. The unique storyline and the way the touch screen is implemented into the gameplay (the stylus is used to move Link instead of the directional pad)is brilliant. Featuring, once again, the green-clad pointy-eared warrior, you must proceed through the game by traveling from island to island, via boat, and traverse through many labyrinthine dungeons and temples. You must also complete various tasks as you try to find a way to save your friend Tetra from the clutches of the Ghost Ship. The game has a satisfying length: not too long but definitely not short! Overall, I would highly recommend this game especially for you Zelda fans, but also for anyone looking for a thrilling, worthwhile game to play. I rate this game a 4.75 out of 5.

Were to begin... ...Well I'll start with the fact that I think Phantom Hourglass sucked. I'm just kidding. That game in my opinion was 3rd on my top 5 Zelda favorites. I must agree with GamePro giving it a well deserved 4.75. However as awsome the game was with touchscreen controls and great storyline, it laked the intriket puzzles of it's precurser The Wind Waker. The only fault I found with the game, was that in my eyes it didn't quite live up to the mind-bending Zelda puzzles hard core fans love so much. But other than that I think the game was the best next to Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time. P.S. Message me with what you think about my reveiw. Even the haterz.

What can I say about this game, it's like there was nearly no mistake or error, the control, I give it a 4.75 out of 5, because sometimes, about 3% of the time, it's quite not working. For sound, it's always the best, 5 out of 5, graghic, sometimes is blocky in some area, that is the biggest disappiontment for that game 4/5. This game also features many great puzzles, but the sticking point is that you have to repeat the same temple like 6 times, which is kind of boring. So my final decision is 4.75 of course,
the sequel to wind waker is awesome

This is by far one of the greatest ds games. From its story to its use of the stylus to its overall fun, this game is worthy of a 5 out of 5 score. I loved the way you could customize your ship, something you couldn't do in the wind waker. If you own a ds and you want a game that's insanly fun on the go, this game is definitly the game for you. Even if you just own a ds and you want a game you can play without getting seriously bored, this game is a must have for ds owners.

I really enjoyed this game. The game play is fun and really gives your problem solving skills a workout. The only thing I didn't like was having to redo the levels in the one and only dungeon over and over. It would have been nice to have beaten it and not have them reset.
