Good, hard fun

Pros Cons
Intense action

This game is amazing. It is definitely better than the first. The Isometric view works out pretty well. The only problem with it is that you won't sneak up on any body on multi-player.The graphics uses rag-doll physics which looks absolutely fantastic! The sound sounds great also.

This is the first PSP game that seemed that you could almost everything, like access Killzone.com from the game. There is plenty of things to collect like money for more weapons and upgrades. You can play challenges and if you get could on them you will get a gold medal and will unlock packs(extra stuff). You can also unlock characters for online by getting to certain points in this game.

The online is good but is also plagued by psp-hackers.It can still be fun without them.It can get laggy sometimes, but its all good here.

This is an awesome game-get it.

Killzone: Liberation

This game was alright. Online is way better than campaign. I like how the graphics looked. They didn't try to make a ps2 game shrink for the psp.Buy it if you wanna have a good time online.

Killzone

Killzone is the best. The part I like most is when I throw a grenade at the Helghast and they say: Oh s$!# !!

Kreat Kraphics and Kameplay

Great graphics, the environments have a real 3 dimensional look to them. The tactical menu system is intuitive and a great addition to the strategy of the game. The fire and cover style of gameplay is interesting and works pretty well 90 percent of the time. The challenge games add a lot of replay value. Outstanding game overall

Wil Killzone liberate the PSP?

Killzone, the PS2 Halo killer that could've been. The original Killzone was a good game but as good as expected. So is this game. Its very different from the original (its not even an FPS). This Killzone is more about strategy than spraying and praying. You need to utilize cover, shoot and duck, and command your teamate. You also get to use vehicles, but its not that great. The game is also pretty hard. The extra features and challenges are cool, and you can upgrade your weapons. Graphics and sound are good too. However, the actual gameplay is lacking and the game is annoying difficult sometimes. If you love Killzone (like me), get this. If not, wait for Killzone2 on the PS3.

Made me mad, but that's okay

You know, this may be one of the most fun ive played in a long time. And it's not because of the great control sceme, of the half-way decent graphics. It offered up a great challenge even on the easiest difficulty.(and yes, that is how i played the game. I would have broken my PSP otherwise) The game put's you rightin the thick of battle. All you got is semi-automatic weapon, a couple of grenades, and the tutorial. You need this tutorial! It teaches you how to play the game and helps with your stratigies. The aiming mechanic works well, but I wish it was easier to stay on target. I found my self dieing alot just because of the fact that I kept missing my target. I also found myself using the AI buddy whenever I could. That was probably a stupid move... The AI is practically brain dead. A couple of time they even shot me on purpose! That doesn't quite add up to the relentless stream of enemies that comes after you. It doesn't help when they have the best aiming I've ever seen in an AI opponent. Now for a change of subject, the good things. This game does awesome on most of it's challenges that you would think would hold it back. The third person camera workes amazingly well. You could tell when enemies or an important moment was coming up because the camera would shift to show you the best angle of them. And before you through grenades, it has a yellow outline of where they will go. This makes them ultra accurate and satisfying. Like Gears of War for the 360, this game is kind of a "pop and shoot" game. The best offense is a great defense in this game. My best advantage was the ability to roll and duck behind something to wait for the enemy to have to reload. Then you shoot their brains out. In all honesty, there were points in this game that made me pull some of my hair out. (like the boss battle with Cobars robot, that thing's insane!) But nonetheless, I loved this game. The multi-player is good, but this really isn't a game designed for multi-player death match. I prefer the co-op mode. This is a good game and I recommend it to anyone that likes war games

Killzone still not living up to it's true greatness

So I'm here playing killzone online then I walk and see the commerical for liberation and I said to my self it's about to show us it true greatness. It didn't. this game is a good concept with the first person view which worked suprising well and the great graphics and fun factor but it's just some much missing from it and yet again it fails to be a stand out shooter. I like killzone and support it 100% and would like to to give it a higher score but I can't so hopefully killzone 2 can be a stand out shooter
