Mk Armageddon is teh greatest fighting game of 06.. Ive played all the MK games and even beat them all to but this is the best so far.. My fav feature in this game is the u can make ur own Charaters and fatiales but graphics are good also but Midway u have done it Again..... 2 BIGG thumbs up for this game Kody_rox True Gamer fan

This game was entirely awsome loved the gameplay loved the the graphics.All the chracters from all mortal kombat games are in it! my favorite character liu kang,sonya,scorpion,subzero and raiden all the way! get this game and I promise you will not be dissapointed. ARMAGGEDON!

In this new Mortal Kombat you can play as over 60 characters. With the Kreat-a-Kharacter mode you can make your own MK Fighter. Kreate-A-Kharacter also allows the mode Kreate-A-Fatality which will allow you the capability to make your own fatalities and that's sweet. This game does not just have great things though. If you play with friends there's nothing wrong but when playing the CPU you always catch them either running away or being so hard that you want to kill your own character so you can say you're the good character in the battle. Just that difficulty in the game the rest is solid beauty.

To me this game ruined the franchise. I didn't mind the last two mortal kombat games because of the storyline they were building with the deadly alliance and whatnot but when I saw the trailer for Armageddon I was jumping for joy. Why? Because they were bringing back all the characters that I loved, like Rain, Stryker, and Jax. But when I sat down to play this game, I just could not get into it like I could the others. Here is why. Number One: The Gameplay The gameplay is like every other mortal kombat for the 2nd generation systems. 3d style which gives you more space to bash your opponents heads in. I never liked this from the beginning because it gives your opponent too much space to run away from you. Not to mention those death traps are way too easy to knock your opponent into. But with MK:A the style was just boring to me. Yes they got some of the cool moves from before back in the game but the combo system was stupid and small, each character only had two fighting styles and the speed in which you fight is just way too slow and blocky. I got into this game for a good hour then I tossed in Tales of the Abyss because I was bored out of my mind. Number Two: Kreate a Fatality First off, i hate the dyslexic writing of the midway staff. It was clever the first time you put K instead of a C. But now if I have to see "Kombat", "Koins", or "Kreate" one more time i'm going to lose it. It's like those sad jokes the class clown makes in your school. The kind that everyone laughs at but he insists on saying it over and over again. It gets old after a while. Now onto this "Create-a-Fatality" addition to the game, yes I feel it was creative but they took away what most fans loved about the game and that is the ability to see your character use it's own specific style to kick the other guy's ass. I would have paid an extra 70 bucks just to see Stryker attach a bomb to his opponent, or Sub Zero to freeze his opponent and kick right through them, or Scorpion bring them to the bowels of hell and toss them in the lava, I just felt it was a huge rip off when I went to hit my opponent with a random button combo and I was tossed in this poor excuse for an add-on. It is too easy to kill your opponent. Can't we just have the inane button mashing combo to see a MK2 game fall from the sky and crush someone? Number Three: The "Kast" of "Karacters" Rain, Smoke, Noob Saibot, Kano, Johnny Cage, and many others are back in their own environment and thats what I love, the only downside is they made them all look as fruity and retarted as possible. I mean I remember back in the day when every ninja character had the same costume just a different color, it was bland but cool at the same time, and you never forgot who was who. In this they went too far to make them look "cool" and "different", when in fact they made each of them look "retarted". Please give the people what they want, a Johnny Cage that is skinny yet still kicks ass, a Jax who doesn't look like Brock Lesnar had sex with the Hulk, and a Stryker who doesn't look like Vic Mignogna humped Zack from Dead Or Alive. You are doing nothing more than ruining one of the greatest games on earth. All in all this game was not worth my time. I have seen better things come from Midway, and hopefully they realize the error of their ways. And for those who disagree with me, you can't deny that this game is nowhere near as good as Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.

this is my favorite MK game besides shalon monks. they character selection is awsome. i remember when MK used to suck, they made a big improvement over the years

I knew it, I knew it,I KNEW IT!!! Yes, yes ,YES!!! Ed Boon wasn't kiddin when he said he was gona expand the MK franchise as much as ever. And I thought they would call it MK Armageddon or Anarchy. Man, it looks like armageddon IS starting in MK. And I wonder if they're bringing all and I mean ALL of the MK characters in that game. Also I wonder what are the new features that are in here. And I thought Deception was good. I can't wait till it comes out!

The screens look pretty good. I enjoyed the gameplay from the previous titles, so I hope that the people at Midway make it even better. The graphics look decent. If the gameplay is at good as the games looks, then the game should play nicely. It's goin' to sell. I just hope it's not a gyp game like some other fightin' games.
