So far I have played through Mass Effect a total f 4 times and to tell the truth, I am still interested. With all of the side quests I keep coming back. However, the game would be nothing if the visuals weren't top notch, THEY ARE. If you can get past some pop in that happens and texture loading, you will be very impressed with the qualtiy of this game. BUY IT NOW

Before this game I wasn't too crazy about RPGs, but this game changed that. Amazing graphic, fantastic story. A epic universe. This game deserves the title as Game of the year. If you liked Star Wars you are gonna love this. The hole universe and the different species reminds me a lot of Star Wars. This is a reason to get a 360 if you don't have one. The only minus is that there is nothing on xbl. It would have been great if you could download things for the game, but still. The best 360 game ever!

Loved IT!! This may be a one sided review but there was not much I found wrong with the game. My faviorte game for the XBox all-time was Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and this seemed like a step up from KOTOR. The controls were very smooth and the adventure was amazing. I loved being able to go to whatever planet I wanted and explore from there. It will be hard to make another RPG to top Mass Effect.

I reviewed this game prematurely. I got caught up in the controls and realize now that after all thats said and done.. this game is Bad Ass. The level of immersion is beyond compare and I am completely sucked into this game. What other game does the outcome of the universe vary with every decision?

The reason I like Mass Effect is that every decision u make changes something like if you realy disagre with a team mate they could leave or attac you so pick your answers wisely

THis is truly an extrodianary game. The combat isnt the highlight of the game, its the amount of choices that you make. before you even start walking you make choices...your childhood, why you joined, and what rank you want. they even talk about it throughout. the cutscenes are awesome too. be nice, neutral, or mean. i love this game...i cant wait till i get out of school, im gonna play it. When I first started my campaign, I was amused at the fact that I could make the main character my name, although I didn't know what to expect from mixed reviews from other people. At first, the game seems to move extremely slow, due to the occasional glitch, or the unknowing of where to go next. The pros are the fact that the Mass Effect world is humongous, and weapons and biotics are really cool to play around with. One other important thing when planning to buy this game is that I noticed after switching my first dialogue in the game from the first scene of my first runthrough to the first scene of my second playthrough that the missions completely change their attitude and goals when switching moods of your dialogue. I found this incredible, since this means that there are practically 3 different games packed into one. Rating (out of 10): 9.25, must buy

game gets better every time i play it. never the same game twice. fun graphics. controls and views are a bit funky at first, but then you get used it and just go along with it.

The best game I have played in a long time. If you like Kotor, you will love Mass Effect. Great story! Great Graphics! Great gameplay! The game does suffer from a few graphical hiccups, but the sheer greatness of this game overshadows any small problems it may have. I can't wait for the sequels.

This is the best game on the 360. Beat Oblivion in the RPG categorey too. Probably one of the best of all-time. The game itslef has many minor flaws (Contols have some issues, but can be worked around). It has a fantastic combat system that is similar to Gears of War and Rainbow Six: Vegas. The upgrading on armor, weapons, biotics, omni-tools are great. It has a level system too. You can beat just the story in about 15-18 hours or beat everything in about 25-30 hours. It is a vast enviroment, and it has tons of replay value because you can keep continuing on with your character. Keep in mind that in the sequel, you can transfer your character and it's stats and weapons.
