first of all i would like to tell that it is a much better game than it's predecessors.BUT BUT BUT do think twice before going and purchasing the game ,rent or play it atleast some times so that u may like it.its much darker sort of but makes the kick going

now dont get me wrong this is an allright game although getting the trophies isnt worth the effort because they dont really do much. another thing that bothered me is that you cant use divas for anything, just normal tag and fantasy, and from watching wwe since i was 3 i can tell you, that the women have the potential to have more compelling matches than the men sometime, another thing no female career mode again, almost no one has alternate costumes and the create a character is the same old tired selection of stuff, i mean would it kill you to have some diffrent clothes. AND HOW MANY FREAKING HULK HOGANS DO YOU NEED IN ONE GAME, seriously how about all the legends that could of took the place of one of the many hogans. there needs to be a better set of moves, and for once in a wrestling vidoe game i would like to be able to roam around a little bit, smackdown shut your mouth did that, whats this whole thing with having to stay in one room or the parking lot when you have a match. the general manager mode is terrible, terrible if it wasnt for the glitch to get through it i would have used the disk as a coaster, who wants to be the general manager anyway, what kind of fun is that, i have never watched a event with someone and have them turn to me and say i wish i was eric bischoff i would have probably slapped them. there is alot of work to be done and pumping out another turd of a game with out thinking is just going to make thq and wwe look bad, take some time listen to what the fans want and give it to them, you could have a classic in a couple of years with the baby steps your taking now, but i am going to think very hard and ask some of the pros experts before i waste another 50 dollars on the same game i bought in 8th grade, on the lighter side it looks better and they bleed, thats about it, sounds okay too i quess, but dont expect to be blown away with match types or the career mode, you will surely be dissappointed, rent it dont buy

With this review, I rewind the clock 2 years ago to look back on WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2006, the 7th game in the SmackDown! series and the 2nd in the SmackDown! vs. RAW generation. While every match shows a couple tweaks and some slight upgrades, the Season Mode remains dissapointing. The cut-scenes are modeled beautifully, but the moves in the cutscenes have a "fakeness" to them. The new General Manager Mode is great, but it still doesn't feel like you're in full control.

This was a ok WWE game it had good graphics and lots of new features like the Gm mode and Title matches(which i loved). But the game still lacks the real feel of a WWE match you can just use the same big power moves over and over and then its over.The story mode was terrible. It also had bad music that got very annoying after hearing it 50 times.Overall if you are into WWE i would get it if not dont waste your money.

this game is the bomb diggitti.it sounds featuresi love wrestling in the steal cage match it's takes so much out of you in a triple threat .man you'll love this game

I am a huge wrestling fan and love all wrestling games.Anyway lets get down to it.The graphics are great!They finally made a wrestling game where when you bleed it drips onto the mat.The biggest improvement i saw was the entrances they accuctally went with what the wrestlers do!But my biggest disapointment was the commentary.It is so annoying they repeated the same damn thing over and over!But the voice overs were great.And the storyline was fresh and fun on the season mode.But once again the commentary messed up yet again a almost perfect score which is why i give this game a 4.5/5.0

I Gave The new Smckdown a 4.5 Simply Because The only thing the CPU thinks about in a ladder match is to get that title and in the Royal Rumble the Ring Out mETER GETS USED UP 2 FAST I mean come on I think they should make the game a Fight to the Finish not Just seek that damn title.BUT I LOVE the blood effect it's cool and hopefully the PS3 Smackdowns 'll have better legends like Randy Savage,Razor Ramon,Not 3 different versions of Hogen now that would be a hell of a game

This is Positively absolutley one of the single greatest games ive ever played. My Favorite Part is the new Genaral Manager Mode. Its got to be the best improvement. :|
