Man i was really disappointed the is way to short I beat the about 3 times and never reached ICON status . All inAll the game should have been longer . But at least the game was fun.

This is a pretty good game but it would have been better if they just gave us more. The game is really short. The music is great and I like playing with my favorite artist. There is a lot of depth to the character creator. You'll also get a kick out of online play.

Def jam icon i feel that it's a piece of shit. next, I feel that the Def jam fight for new york was a better game. and that I how i feel about the to games.

Evolution happens over times, if it changes for the better then it thrives, if not it dies. ICON just died. With Def Jam FFNY in its history I sat expecting to have a new and better game. I was wrong. The controls were bad that my thumbs actually fell off. Ok, that might be a lie, but this game was bad. The plot? Predictable. The charictor build it the only thing I can think of that was good, oh there is the music making idea which was good I made 81 mill on 1 song. Awsome. But that does not make up for this crap. Try again EA.

SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! I've heard so much about these games being fun... Big disappointment! I actually went out of my way to blockbuster to rent this game. I wish I had my $5 bucks back so I could rent Ninja Gaiden instead. pretty much this game is slow, load times take long, it's no TEKKEN that's for sure. Maybe Namco, or Midway should show them what a REAL fighting game is all about! Don't rent/play this game. A total waste of gaming time!

this game is good but a little to short for me as i finshed it twice i one day....the fighting concept is great with no healt meter it brings to life the real fight...with names in the muisc world such ass ghost face killa.....t.i....luda.and many more def jam also have online....iv found my self getting my ass wipe on line....but it's fun.....if you love to just punch someone in the face....this is the game to get.

I spent $60 on this crap. The fighting is too slow. The career mode is too short. The ending is wack. Do not buy this game. They punch and kick so slow. The CPU blocks every thing you throw at him and after he blocks your attack, he just grabs you and throws you in to the speakers.
