True Crime: NYC is a game where you are a cop who's mentor just got killed and is now trying to cool the crime rate of NYC as well as investigate major cases.Let's start with street crimes, they do have some of the original street crimes like hostage situations and street fights but they also have bar brawls to break up, bombs to defuse and food poisonings to investigate plus many more. The weapons are not just pistols they also have assault rifles, and shotguns to own not just pick up. The Plot is nothing similar to the original this time you investigate the Mob, Cartel and many more it's not a 100% terrorist investigation with counterfeit dollars like the original. Basicly the street crimes have grown more serious in this one and the plot definitely focuses more on gangs and suspects than just terrorists taking over.

alrite, the story line is great, where ur mentor dies and u go out to get revenge, there is no actual jerk who tries to to mess up the whole game but because of that there is a catch, the enemies r HARD as hell, well most of 'em but overall ive had to problems with it and they made a title that is gta AND YOU"RE a cOP!

i played it and it has a good story line to it you are a police man who busts people who have drugs and stuff it has alright driving well thats all i know

this is the best game i`ve ever played!!! its way better than its prequel streets of LA A MUSTGET FOR all u GTA fans and others alike!!

this is really an improvement from streets of la. i really liked the first one, and this is so well done. at first i thought it would suck, but after the first couple of levels it gets a lot better. only 2 bad things, most the music sucks, they got a good variety but the songs themselves suck, and the controls can be kinda clunky sometimes. other than that, its perfect

this game will be better than streets of l.a. because they won't have him fighting demons underground of NY.
