Resistence is a masterpiece. Although many people will tell you that the graphics arent as good as GOW. The gameplay is much more non repitive and keeps your heart pumping and youre mind racing at the fast paced shooter. The main game is really good. It keeps getting more and more fun and you keep getting engrossed in the story line as it goes on. The online mode adds to the fun. I reccomend picking up this game for it is the best game on the PS3 market right now. if you dont have it already, GET IT Guitar Hero 332

This game is great. The ps3 needs more games like this. Almost everything about this game is good. The weapons are interesting, story is well scripted, the game is challenging, and it has plenty of content.Co-op and split-screen are great, but real battle is online. Ranks, clans, buddies, a good variety of maps and game modes, and the occasional update, its everything an online gamer would want. This game shows that PS network can actually compete against Xbox live. The only flaw of the game is the subpar graphics,but thats not too big a deal. The point is that if you have a PS3, go buy this game now!! PS: There will be an update Mar23. There will be new maps and two new game modes.

Resistance, what to say....... what not to say! This game brings great depth in storyline, action scenes, cool weapons and above all online play thats fun and entertaining. One of the best games to have for as long as you have your PS3.

Resistance is better then Halo and Gears or war. it has a seet online play and a great offline. and the story mode is to die for.

Resistance: Fall of Man is most certainly on of the best games i have ever played. The graphics are an improvement over the PS2; they still arnt the best they could be though, but it's understandable seeing that they had to cut some things out for the PS3 launch. The story line is awsome. Dark action game set in an alternate 1951. I love the exotic guns Insomniac included. It remindes me of the good ol Ratchet and Clank days. The AI in Resistance is incredable. They are a smart bunch (well most of the time). But this also brings up one of the only things i do not like about the game. The Chimera almost always seem to know where you are. You can't really sneak up on them much. This is easily overlooked though. Online play is good. 40 player battles blow away small halo battles. I would recomend this game to all PS3 owners. It was the best launch title, and so far i think its the best PS3 game period.

The story of resistance is excellent. it is an alternate reality in which WW2 never happened. The czar was still the ruler of russia. FDR wasn't the president of the US. The chimera is a type of creature made by the Russians. You control a soldier named, Nathan Hale. I don't want to spoil the rest of the story for you. You just have to buy this amazing game. Story: 5.00 Controls are smooth. easy to get used to. The sixaxis is used to get rid of the chimera that grab hold of you. controls: 5.00 The graphics in this game are amazing. They aren't the greatest, but they are impressive. The environment looks real. The only problems with the graphics were the character detail, no bullet cartridges on the ground after you fire a gun, and foliage needs work. Everything else is nicely done. graphics: 4.50 Finally....the fun factor. Well, this game is so addicting because of the merciless attacks from the enemy. The a.i. was pretty good. 40 players online is incredible. The amount of weapons in this game seem to be unmatched. If you want vibration, you won't miss it with this game. Well done, Insomniac. Let me start off with I am not a big FPS guy, I haven't really gotten into FPS since the day's of Goldeneye and Halflife. But I gave Resistance a shot. Ok sure it doesn't look as good as Gear's of War, but at the moment nothing really does. The game has an intriguing story, the game take's place as though WW2 never occurred. And basically the cold war started early. America sealed it's boarder's a few year's before the game take's place. The US new's is government completely controlled so no one actually know's what's going on in the world. And out of Russia has spawn a mysterious human hybrid creature's called Chimera. Though there origin is unknown, you get the feel threw intro of the game that it was due to Russia working on a type of chemical agent. You are Sgt. Hale of the US army, you are on a second wave of troop's to be dropped into York. The US is delivering weaponry supply's in an exchange. The British convoy to York is ambushed and the Chimera are awaiting your arrival. The story unveil's itself from there, and is rather well thought out story. The connecting point's of the story are told threw a type of black & white story board which fit's the time frame the game is stuposed to take place in nicely. The level's are very large and have a lot of detail to them. The game while it's not short is not extreamly long either. But the game dosn't leaving you feeling let down, just wanting a sequal. They give you a teaser in the credit's. But the game is presented well, sure it dosn't look as good as GOW but it still look's good. With HD cable's (HDMI, or component) amplify's 10 fold how well the game look's. The gun animation is really nice, each weapon has a lot of detail put into it. And are very creative in design. The control's of the game are easy enough so you can learn quick and play the game. But will take you some time to master. The audio in this game is done extreamly well, from the Chimera grunt's and noise's/talking. To the OST, and even the voice acting. All is done extreamly well and bring's you that much more indepth to the story. The game has a very high amount of replay value with unlockable's, such as weapon's, CG clip's, and Online character design's. The online gameplay is also extreamly addictive. The map's are huge on the 40 man multi-player map's there are often multipul battle's going on around the map instead of just 1 big one. All around Resistance Fall of Man is just a very well put together game. Weither you are an offline, or online gamer, or even both this game is for everyone. Overall, if you own a PS3 this game should be standard issue.

Resistance fall of man is one of the best games you can buy for the PS3. Its storyline had me in suspense and I actually was looking forward to the cutscenes. The weapons in this game make the dogfights the best out there. Even though it seems boring to go through most games a second time this one is an exeption. With the four new guns you can get in the game on the second playthrough. THe best one though is probably the Dragon or the reapors.

This Games was really good when i played it for the first time. The Graphics where Great. and gameplay was also really good but it could been a little bit better and maybe a little longer.

This game is a mix with Cal of Duty and Halo. It is easily the best launch game of the PS3. The single-player mode is addictive. The multiplayer online mode is way too good. The story in single-player is made in movie format, so you'll find yourself beating levels just to see the next part. Online, you have the option to do many things. You can make parties, send buddy invites, join clans, and more. Overall, this game is a high contender for Game of 2007 on the PS3.
