Halo 3 is officially my most favorite game. It was between this and Gears of War 2. The only problem I had with that game was that you weren't as "free" as you are in Halo. I especially love the new maps, and Forge is a great feature. I gave this a five out of five stars because the Campaign is fun, and multiplayer has new gametypes and new weapons. One thing I would change, though, is the ESRB rating. There isn't that much cussing (Gears 2 is definitely M for that) and all you see is a little bit of blood (Gears 2 has tons of blood, which is cool if you can stand it). Xbox Live offers tons of downloads, I just wish Bungie wouldn't keep updating the game!

Halo 3 is the BEST game i ever played!thats why a bought an Xbox 360 instead of buying a PS3!people are saying its a bad game but its NOT!if you dont play Halo 3 then you missed a great game so buy it now

Alot of people say this "doesnt meet up to expectations" and "this game is horrible dont buy it" yeah well, thats bull. Buy it, one of the best games out there and its my favorite game.

The very first Halo to be released wasn't all that bad. In my opinion, it was a huge success. However, Halo 3 clearly doesn't live up to expectations for obvious reasons. The graphics suck, the lighting is very hard to adjust to the point where you can't see a dang thing. Don't even get me started on the story. I guess now it's just time for Xbox to make way for new and better games. Please, I'm on my knees begging you. Don't ever buy this game. And if you already own it, do not touch your Xbox 360 ever again until you've burned Halo 3 into a crisp, and tossed the ashes in an ocean far away from where you live. Believe me, the game is that bad. Don't agree? I'd be more than happy if you left comments. I just can't shut up about how bad this game really is!! If you wanna' have fun, go buy yourself a Wii and a copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. And for all you Halo 3 fans, stop living with your mom already. playing Halo 3 isn't cool!!!

yeah not a halo fan FFF rank now gears of war worth playing i don't halo just isn't worth playing legendary mode come on people what your problem i mean u can't even beat the first level with out getting killed

What can i say, this is the best game that ever created. awesome gameplay. engaging story, and more. I have 2 words : "HALO RULES"

Halo 1 was fun, not my favorite game though, Halo 2 was good, also not my favorite FPS game. However Halo 3, its epic!!! the graphics needed more AA in them, but HDR was awesome, textures were amazing too, NPC's were good to look at and their Ai was good too, story was great and in Legendary long enough, this game is suppose to be plaid in legendary, online awesome, and loads of stuff to drive...whats not to love about it, Sony fanboys bash it saying its not good, but real xboxers love it if their into halo and fps games

Halo 3 is a pretty good shooter but falls short of extreme greatness by a few simple mistakes that could of been easily avoided. The story is okay and short. Multiplayer and forge, on the other hand, is where this game's true meat lies. Armor was a cool thing to add but maybe got a little out of hand now with all this recon armor crap. I would like to give this game 4.5/5 but you can't here so whatever. probably a very good game rating for a 4. don't be fooled, I love Halo 3, but it has its flaws.
