This was the first Project Gotham Racing game that I played and I thought it was pretty good. It's all fun for a while but then it kind of gets old but if you like racing games then you'll like this game but if not then you probably won't.

INTRO:Project Gotham Racing 3 was one of the launch game for the 360 when it was released in November 2005.The game features beautiful cars such as Ferraris,Aston Martin and beautiful tracks.Project Gotham Racing 3 has been selected XBOX 360 game of the year in 2005 by the Official XBOX Magazine(OXM)so with that reputation you have something to expect.The game might be visually impressive but is it good?Read on to find out. REVIEW:Project Gotham Racing 3 has the visuals elements to make a great-looking car game but its more than that its a good racer.Many Cars to choose from classic and more recent ones,the tracks are fun and are in Las Vegas,New York,Tokyo only to mention a few and all have a few tracks for each city that matches with the city.There are a few modes like Carreer,Elimination,King of the road and others but nothing really new here.Carreer is not that long for a racing game and its particularly hard to turn without hitting something,you have to brake and turn...But even with those few bad points PGR3 is still a great racing game for the XBOX 360. The game has something called Gotham T.V. where you can watch the pictures you take during a game,or watch other gamers play it like your friends.The game is fun LIVE as nearly each 360 game.You can also create your own tracks and play them on XBOX LIVE wich is fun.Frankly the game is everithing you would come to expect from a racing game without doing too much,at th price it is in stores,29.99 and less you might want to give it a try. RATINGS: GRAPHICS:10/10-Cars look great,tracks look great just near perfect. FUN:8/10-I like racers but its been done before you know,still quite fun. MODES:8/10-Not anything really new outside of Gotham T.V. but its fair Carreer,Elimination,Single Race its all there,points for LIVE playability as you can play on your own designed tracks. REPLAYABILITY:8.5/10-You know even if you beat the game its a racer:you will always play a game now and then and you can create you tracks,go LIVE...its good! SOUNDS:9/10-Sounds pretty much like the real things,or at least convices me,but im not a fan of the soundtrack. OVERRAL:85/100

25, 2006 Rating: Project gotham racing 3 is a game to show what the 360 is capable of. It seems to me that although it was a launch title, they put alot of time in making the gameplay more enjoyable. There is not alot of stages to choose from and not alot of cars to choose from either. What makes up for the loss is how you now have objectives to complete as well as higher difficlty levels. You can also challenge other people from all over using xbox live (I'm so late). You can also earn garages as well to put your cars in so that you can see what kind of cars you have collected over the course of the game. If you love racing games then you need to try this out.

its not a bad game with pretty good next gen graphics. The game seemed to be a little easy and it is very easy to pick up and play so rent it and if you like it buy it cheaper than all of the other 360 games

Boy was I excited when this one came out, yet as I sat down to play it my excitement was crushed like the chairs at an eating contest. Now don't get me wrong, PGR3 is a good game. Problem is, it's the exact same game as PGR2 with a new in car view and some pretty graphics. If your a fan of racing games, pick this one up. Just don't expect innovation.
