I was a huge fan of the gamecube animal crossing, and when i heard that this game was coming out for the DS(and its not a port) i was syked! I picked it up, and was really frustrated, because the game seemed alot like the last one and was very slow starting. ITs ok for fanboys but for regular gamers its really not that great.

I haven't had my DS for long, and this was my second game. At first (once i found out i couldn't get onto Wi-Fi) i found it really boring. But i started playing it more and more and it grew on me. Somehow i enjoyed hearing animals speaking in this strange language, fishing, finding fossils and loads more. I loved it when you go into this cafe place and this dog is willing to sing you songs (which you can name yourself), which, though not spoken in a word of english, are really cool and are cute. Animal Crossing i a perfect fit on the DS, as it's gameplay is like a handheld game, and thanks to it's impressive production values, it's one of the most addictive games i've played on my DS.

This game is very good. In the begining, you have to pay off your debt for your house. There's about five extra rooms you can add on to your home. You can also write letters to your animal friends, go shopping, design a shirt at the tailor's, and you can even go to your friends town by using: DS to DS or by using Wi-fi. Well, happy playing!

Wild World is less of a game than an experience. You develop a town, begin friendships, fish, garden, and catch bugs. Wild World is brilliant in its simplistic game play as well as its ease of use. For the casual gamer, Wild World offers a myriad of options; maintaining friendships with your townspeople is fun and collecting fossils, fish, and bugs can be quite entertaining. For more serious gamers, the possibilities are almost endless. Collecting all furniture, bugs, fish, fossils, paintings, and gyroids can be frustrating at times, but the bragging factor cannot be ignored when your friends fail to shoot down the UFO which gives you a metroid. Nintendo Wi-Fi further opens the possibilities of interacting with a global community of gamers who love to chat, visit your town, and trade commodities. My only frustration with the game is that, just as in real life, if you leave your town for a set period of time, you can lose much of your town due to the unhappiness of its inhabitants. Therefore, this game is definitely for people who are serious about gaming and can spare at least a quarter to half an hour a day maintaining the town. Overall, this is one of the most enjoyable DS games I have played.

This game is one of the best Nintendo DS games I've ever played. There are some many things you can do in this game, go fishing, catch bugs, chat with the local animals, and now you can even chat and play with your friends all the way across the world with Nintendo Wi-Fi. I recommend you buy this game, its worth all the money.

Fun game, really for the Wi-Fi part. Talk to friends and go to there houses and trade items. Fun time fishing, cooking, mining and much much more! 1 of my favorite DS games!
