The latest plot twist in the Resident Evil storyline is pulled off with perfection. The story is great, minus how Leon end's up getting stuck in the situation. Leon is part of the presiden't secret service. The president's daughter is kidnaped and all sign's point to this secluded village in Europe and it is your mission to retreve her. The game develop's over a very well and lengthy story shrowded with mystery. The grafix in this game are top notch for a PS2 game you would be hard pressed to find a better looking game for the PS2. The overall detail of the game, the vast enviroment's, and character design, make this game a nice peice of eye candy. The lighting detail in this game add's to the overall atmospher. The audio in this game is classic Resident Evil, pulling you into the game and hitting you when you don't expect it. Fiting in that survival horror genre perfectly. The control's in this game are easier to adapt to than previous RE tittle's, the analog stick move's you like it should not as a joystick version of a D-pad. Another welcome feature to the RE world is the 3rd person camera view, instead of having fixed camera angle as it has alway's been. You now have the ability to adjust the camera angle. This game is executed perfectly, and a more than welcome addition to the Resident Evil series. Overall this game is a great addition to anyone's collection. The only way I can see people not enjoying it is if they do not like the survival/horror game style. But if that's not you don't hesitate to play this well put together great game.

This game was great i rented and only had 3 days to beat it and i did but i didnt have time to really relax and play it but this game it awesome. i would like to buy this game so i can play it more easly. the way capcom made this game is just fantastic. thats all i have to say

This game is amazing and it came from the Resident Evil people! The aiming and shooting controls are easy and the item menu can be used very creatively!!!!! This game is just so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great game, great shooter, i like the aiming system, but it needs to be faster and more able to look around your surroundings faster

Almost identical to the gamecub version but with new weapons and a seperate ways (play as Ada Wong) side mission. However the graphics although close are not up to par with the gamecube version. Otherwise this is a very solid game.

I have never really been into the Resident evil games mainly because of the camera views. This new installment fixes that with a over the sholder view. The grahics in this game were amazing as well as the story line. If you give a crap to read my other reviews than you see that the main thing i look for is how long the game is. Well this is by far the game ive gotten the most gameplay out of. After i played it through 6 times, beat the mercinaries mini games, and beatin every thing dealing with Ada Wong i ended up with a wopping 300 hours of gameplay. Thats 3 Final Fantasy 10s. I was surprised my self. Some may be afraid of it being too scary but believe me its worth the scare. Pick this one up

Resident Evil 4 is one of the best games out there! You start off as one of the Fan Favorites, Leon S. Kennedy. Leon has gone from rookie cop to hardcore government agent within 6 years of the Raccoon City incident. You'll go through this game blowing off heads and slicing throats. As you progress your enemies will get undoubtedly harder, but you'll also be buying new eapons and upgrading old ones. Sometimes things will pop out and scare you as well which not many other games do. Not only does this game have great graphics, good voiceovers, and cool sound effects, but also has a phenominal storyline as well. If you haven't played this game or even own it, then you better get a move on and see what you're missing out on. This will be your best spent 50$ deal you will ever come by in your life. Take this advice. You won't be sorry.
