This is a great system(in fact it is the best system)and blows any competetors away. I cant put down my perfectly fitting wireless controller or dare bring myself to (REMOTELY!) turn off the console, its THAT good. And besides, 399 is a great price for a remote, wireless controller, LONG ethernet cable, the best console on the planet, and HD compatable cables. You must get yourself one of these!! Oh, and by the way, playstation 2 and playstaion 3 can kiss the 360's bum. =>

just like almost everything for microsoft crashing, and i was not surprise to hear that the xbox 360 crashing. I think microsoft should stay out of the gaming industry, leave it to sony,and nintendo. On the whole xbox 360 stinks. my advice to everyone is go and get a PS2 and in the future a PS3.

Pretty funny about the 360's crashing. I can not wait any longer for PS3, they better hurry up, or i might have to get an 360 and i really dont want to but i will.

Playing these games for the first time I felt excited. Then the gameplay set in and I find that the graphics are only a minor step up and I am playing the same game I was easily just playing on my Xbox 1. The only thing good about Xbox 360 right now is Xbox live. Its made for online gaming. Personaly, I play most of my games offline so this doesn't do anything for me. I did Dreamcast online when that was hot and FREE. For the people that haven't bought into the hype, just wait a year. Right now the games are way too similar to what you have now. Madden looks good but 2k5 did all this before without the 360. And its bare bones. No create a anything anywhere. Yay. Call of duty has better distance in the graphics and more explosions than on the original but the game feels exactly the same. Xbox live is the system's strength. I can wait for better games.

You know im a older guy and i usually think that when i reserve something it should be there when it says it is supposed to be. I reserved my Xbox 360 three months ago and was recently informed that i wasn't going to get mine possibly into January of 2006. This simply outrages me. The system is completely paid off and im left out in the cold. I know the game stores have nothing to do with this and that it all rests in the hands of microsoft. And if matters are not bad enough i turn on the t.v. today and see MTV giving out xbox 360's to 100's of screaming little girls and boys for free. I can't help but feel like im getting the short end of the stick on this whole deal. You know microsoft is perfectly poised to take the upper hand in this console war and i can't doubt that they are going to lose if they keep this current trend going. They are not that new in the console department and making the die hard fans(like myself) angry isn't going to keep them around too long. I know its on all your minds i just had to get my little rant off my chest
