like a patient with Alzheimer's, I reach for a Star Wars game.

I really could not figure out why I was getting this game. It was almost as if I kept forgetting how bad the previous prequel and tie in game was. But sure enough, I ended up getting this game and I suffered through the whole thing.

Am i the only person who thinks that it shouldn't take more than one hit to take down a battle droid?

and the light saber battles are really frustrating. Although I do like that in the game version of Episode III Mace Windu doesn't go down like a chump.

lightsaber to the max

Basically what you do in star wars episode 3 is fight with lightsabers. The main problem with this game though is the glitchyness.Half the time when you jump you just sit there floating in air for a second or you land in the middle of the air.The graphics are also pretty bad too with the exception of a few moments like lightsaber moves. Here are the basics: graphics:6 out of 10.Ok but definately needs some improvement and the glitches add to the suckiness. gameplay:7.5 out of 10.pretty good and realy fun at some parts but is a little too difficult because of the glitches controls:8 out of 10.The best part of the game. Most of the moves in the game you can repeat whenever you want. overall score:3.5 out of 5

Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

Star Wars ep. III is pretty cool except that once you have finished the game, all the levels get boring and easy. For me,it was fun in the beginning, but now that I finished it,it got kind of boring.[But you should try it anyways.>

Sith Happens

This game is ok. It is more tedious than anything. You have to consently work on fighting through enemies to get a wire cut. Also you have to level up certain things or a level will be impossible. While if being a jedi is cool, have fun but otherr than that steer clear.

Too short.

Okay, I like Star Wars as much as the next Star Wars fan, and yes, I did like this game. My biggest gripe is that the story mode was too short. I could easily blow through it in two sittings (three if I am lazy). Other problems were that the playable characters are a little too chatty during gameplay, and happen to say the same dumb one-liners all of the time. Don't worry, there are good things about this game, or the first sentence of this review would be a lie. The lightsaber fighting moves and duels are the best ever in a Star Wars game. The extra missions are a nice challenge and a solid gameplay extra, as is the 2 Player Vs. Mode, where you can duel against either the computer ora second player (no kidding, right). Normally, games based on movies can't really hold their own, and this game suffers from the same failling, but it does not go down without a fight.

Old game but pretty good

All the hype for this game by waiting fans were pleased. Looks like LucasArts came through. The effects are actually pretty good, considering pretty good facial modelings and laser/lightsaber swings, sparks, and etc. Ryan Weiber ( friend of mine at www.theforce.net ) , as I thought, did well with the graphic effects including the fact not many FX artists were on the job. The sound was used wisely with direct lightsaber and voice rips from the trilogies. The story and missions didn't veer to offcourse to the Episode III movie and events. Though at times the camera is a bit horrid, i.e. in the hangar battle, lasers pop out of nowhere. Overall though, this game was a must-have title of 2005.

Well its Star Wars.

I think the entire gaming community was wonderin just how this one was gonna come out, and let me tell you, it wasn't bad. The graphics are stunning, although occasionally you'll get a stiff animation or two. The gameplay was fun, you can do all that you see in the movies, which is awesome for any Star Wars fan. Theres also the factor of being able to see scenes from the movies a week earlier that was cool. But I found a few glitches in the game. Sometimes the NPCs would run you into a wall and you'd be stuck, and theres no way out of it, you can't jump out, you they can't kill you, you're just stuck. And let me tell you, this was a pain. I'd have to restart the game, and go through the level all over again. But despite all the bad its a pretty good game. The game is really short though (tahts become a reoccuring thing in Star Wars games lately). It has added the replayability factor of multiplayer, VS an Co-op, but this novelty can wear off very quickly. If you're a Star Wars fan, I'd really suggest picking this game up, or at least renting. Beautiful graphics. The same exceptional score you've come to expect from Star Wars. Controls are okay, but derivative. Which all comes together for an alright Star Wars game. Cheers.
