I realy like odd games so im giveing them some slack for that.Its not a horry game like silent hill 4;the room thats a differnt story all along.Were talking about a western aciton/shooter its mostley a western shooter allthoght its got some glicthies but ill let iet it slide.5.0

Oddworld explores a unique side of gaming that many games fail to do, first the controls and graphics are without a doubt great, the plot, kept me coming back for more, and normally i'm not big into first person shooters, this blends first and third which makes the game that much better. If you're looking for a fun, healthy alternative to your usual bits of games, this is the one for you.

I've never been a huge fan of Oddworld. But this new game brings delight and comfort over the horizon. With compelling characters and funny humor, Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath earnes a 4.5 This new game is set in a completly different domain than the other ones. The main character is a bounty hunter with a mysterious past. You first step foot inside a small town full of creatures who don't care at all about you. The visuals of this game are outstang to say the least. And the music brings forth that old western tone, pulling the player into the game itself. There are a variety of ammo to choose from for your crossbow. But not just any ammo, "live ammo". These include chippunks, thugslugs, zapflies, and many more creatures from the wild. Stranger's Wrath has to be one of the most original games i've ever played. It combines 1st person and 3rd person genres together in a new p and different perspective.

Oddworld games have never piqued my interest. So when I heard about Stranger's Wrath, I thought, "That game must not be very good." Until I began to hear more about it. Then it sounded like a miraculous game. So I rented it, and it lived up to my expectations. For starters, this game is hilarious! I was laughing left and right. The controls and the gameplay elements, although they seem used, are very unique to this game. It is a very short game, and I would have liked to see some replayability, but you can't argue with a game like this.

I think that this game realy has two sides. One it is a first\third person perspective and also it shos a more adventure\stelthy game. I think that this is the best by far oddworld game

This game is awesome. Now people new to the oddworld series, don't fret, this is an entirely new character and story, and what a good story it is. You start out as a mysterious bounty hunter, and end up a glorius hero. Your basically a bounty hunter who needs to get enouh money for a "life saving" surgery. You start tracking the scum of oddworld, and every boss is a new and refreshing experience. The game is a fusion 3d platformer, and first person shooter. Whats cool about the fps stuff is that you use live ammunition, meaning that they are actually little creatures that are living and breathing. They each have different attributes, from a spider that ties them up, to a bat the blows up. It is an awesome experience that shouldn't be missed. (add some stupid overused oddworld joke here).

awesome. a change in the oddworld WORLD. game was finger gripping non-stop action from start to finish without demise. Actually got better as the game went and new things happened to keep you stuck to the t.v. the whole time. 2 thumbs up. A new beginning for oddworld.

Howdy bet yer thinkin of buyin this game feller? Well, let me tell ya this boy , This ain't no game this is..Oddworld. In Oddworld you play the role as a bounty hunter No one knows his name but they call Him Stranger.You may know you can switch from 3rd person view to 1st person view.After 10 mintutes you will feel like you were born to se the controllers.You have a double barreled crossbow.You can hold 2 differnt types odf live ammo at a time.Its like Halo 2 when you are holding two guns, In oddworld to fire the left barrel press L to fire the right press R.You are a Bounty hunter as I said before and you capture outlaws and give then for Moolah.You will hunt a outlaw one at a time But each outlaw will have outlaws with them. Let me tell you about the live ammo.In oddworld there are a few differnt kinds of live ammo and do differnt stuff.Chipmunks For example Are loud mouths so you can fire them at the ground and If a outlaw is in range he will come to the chipmunck.Giving you the chance to come from behind and shoot him with a spider which puts him in a web for a while.Then you suck him up.There are other bugs and animals But you will have to buy the game to see.Outlaws are very easy to capture Just hit them once with a spider a suck.The bosses are harder though.You are probabley thinking "This game will be easy all you do is hit a outlaw and suck"Well, It is hard Outlaws may be easy but they come in numbers Like if you hit one with a spider so you start to suck him up another outlaw will be shooting at you then you go affter that outlaw and the outlaw you just shot breaks out of the web! Also Outlaws have good ground.On the third boss You have to break in the castle and fight about 20 outlaws Then comes the boss with 2 other outlaws with rocket laucher like weapons! Oddworld is well...odd But in the best possible way.Everyone with a xbox must get this game cause"Yer in fer a real treat feller"

The Oddworld universe just keeps getting stranger by the minute. From the opening cinematics to the final encounter you will be drawn into this world more and more due to the incredible story being told by the creators and the characters themselves. In typical Oddworld fasion, the comedy and drama that unfolds are truely works genius. The graphics aren't the best the Xbox has seen in recent years, but they are beautiful to say the least. The scale of the land and all of the Strangers surroundings are beautifully rendered in cool, westerny color and atmosphere. The NPC's really live as you interact with them throughout the adventure, though a few more lines of dialog couldn't have hurt much. The controls are very nice, and responsive and feel good throughout the game. The switch from 3rd to 1st person view is flawless and at no time does it feel like a chore. The only problem I can see with the game is overall length of the game. It's over fairly quickly and leaves you wanting more. But thanks to the moderate replay value, you won't dwell on it too long. Stranger is a welcome change from the "normal" Oddworld scene, and I hope there is more of the Stranger to come in the future. Great Game!
