i played the first one and was happy, then i played this one and went nuts. its really fun but to short for me. and another thing i am tired of the winey die hard players on xbox live. shut your mouths and let people have fun, or get of live and get a job.

this game is so good that i could never put it down.. until 7 days later it wuz wierd...anyway the graphics are wicked and i love the game play. Some body on G4 said the graphics could be better.. morons*shhhh*

This game I wanted alot. When i got it, it was Awsome. Not to hard or easy. Lone Wolf is way better than the first game. You can actually get out of your Mech.

this one of the funniest game and the online has been brought up a notch the conquest part of the game is so cool u and ur friends can take over the galaxy. i recommemed this game to any one who liked the first one and any one who hasen't played

As a newcomer to the mechwarrior/mechassault series, and a longtime fan of mech anime, i'd like to say this is a great first outing, i couldn' t have chosen a better time. The graphics in this game are gorgeous, the controls feel just right and the new Gta stlye vehicle swapping is excellently integrated; jacking a mech with the battle armor is very gratifying. And another thing is the death animations, who cares about ragdoll physics when your enemys explode in a white shockwave that warps the very space time continuim around them? in the singleplayer campaign there are very well designed goals and a good learning curve, plus the boss battles are awsome! your piloting a 60' madcat when you figth the first boss and it's 15 times bigger than you!! the music in this game is also great, with songs from papa roach and korn, "Getting Away With Murder" by Papa Roach nicely compliments the first boss battle. Overall, the only flaw i could find was that the story mode was a little short, 5-10 hours at most. but otherwise, this game couldn't have been better
