NFS Underground 2

Even though I didn't have my Xbox original for that long before I got my 360, this game was one of my favorite game to play. My favorite thing about this game was the dyno you can run on your car and tune your car from that do make it so fast. You can't get in mcuh freedom with tuning your car in any other NFS games like you can in Underground 2. Plus the Magazine photos you get to take in this game isn't in any other game.

Comes in second

NFSU 2 has great gameplay. The addition of the outrun pickup races is a great idea, as well as the URL races. The racing is also spot on, with responsive controls and an excellent sense of speed. The options to customize your car are almost endless... there are tons of cars, parts, vinyls and paint schemes available to choose from. There are a few drawbacks to the game format, however. The free- roaming setup, although fun at first, gets a little annoying. Especially when you need to make a 20 minute drive just to add on a new roof scoop at a body shop across town or to enter a contract race. A menu system would have been a good idea. Overall, this is a good game. If you are looking for the BEST street racer out there, I'd lean towards Midnight Club.

Good, but Midnight Club: Dub edition dwarfs it...

When first playing NFS2, I thought what any other car racing gamer would think..."This game is sweet!" But then you realize that there is not that many customizable parts (there are, but not as much as MNC3DE), and it is totally unrealistic. A great arcade game, but for us hardcore gamers, we notice these things. With no damage appearance, and virtually no storyline, (you just race, and buy parts, race and buy parts, etc.) this game is obviously not top of the market. If you really are a true gamer, and want a satisfactory racing game, check out Midnight club 3: Dub edition (MNC3DE). You'll never turn to Need for Speed again.

Do You Really Need Speed?

I didn't play this game much, but I have to say that it is pretty good for most parts. Personnaly, I think all EA SPORTS games suck, except for the Need for Speed series. I was suprised that the graphics weren't as great as I expected, but the storyline is awesome. There is also new stuff to unlock, like cars and paint jobs. But the one thing why I didn't like this game or its prequel is the fact that there are no police. That's what chopped it down from a pretty good 4.5 to a barely tolerable 3.5.

NFSU3, It suxs

The game suxs so much that I'll never play it again, I find it disgraceful to not only the series but to gaming as a whole, The Races are always too difficult and U get tired of it quickly, Pick up Ridge Racer DS instead for a better racing experiance.

need for speed report

the new need for speed undergorund 2 is a hyped up version that takes you in full throttle to the life of a tuner, street racer and all around car fanatic. the game gives u new upgrades or after market parts then the old need for speed underground such as selection of doors and and an impressive aray of sound systems in the truck and as the tuner in me has to say, da speakers in da truck be poppin it be da shizznit playa. with that i would like to end this by saying simple if u like the fact of racing down city streets at outrageous speeds with the ordinary traffic, and getting the propr and respect from people and the all around love for an advanced machine then you'll like no love this game.
